Juniper homes is essential to my process in listing occupied homes. Karina from their team comes through and produces an incredibly valuable and easy to use list to declutter and stage the home using a sellers own belongings(or adding a few more if needed!). Juniper homes did a great job power washing and staining my patio and fences, as well as installing a palruf over my patio so it stays dry when it rains. Price was better than another contractor I got an estimate from and the final product was excellent. I did need them to come out after the work was complete to fix a small issue with the palruf and they were attentive to my concern, came out promptly, and fixed it perfectly. Highly recommend Juniper Homes!

Susan Metz and her team (Katy, Sara, Leann, Karina, and Jake) provide more service than the typical "realtor". I was moving from a condo I had lived in for over 30 (thirty) years. By the time I finished purging and packing what I could I was absolutely past the exhaustion stage. My home needed repairs, updating and an emptying out after the movers were finished. My only request from her group (besides cleaning out my place) was to do whatever it took to sell the property. Her staff was very reassuring and promised me that they would take care of everything: "that is what we do". (My plan was for me to go to my new "home town" to start looking for a "new" condo. I did not want to endure being around while all of the necessary work was being performed in my "old" condo.) I was trusting Susan's knowledge as a realtor to know what people were currently buying. All I wanted was for my property to sell for the best price possible. Her staff sent me a few suggestions of possible updates for me to decide which floor layout I preferred. I did have a preference and I also made one suggestion. Up to this point, I had previously dealt mostly with Susan's staff. However, at my suggestion, Susan stepped in and stated that if they went ahead with my suggestion, I probably would not see the return on investment. That statement helped confirm that Susan was not just looking out for her financial interests but also for mine. I liked that! The team was very transparent about what was needed, how it would be done, how much it would cost, timeline, etc. They also sent me regular updates (including pictures) of the progress.

I was told it would take approximately two weeks. Not only would her team do the repairs and updates, they would do the virtual staging, hold the open house and do the required necessary legal paperwork, etc . I was not to worry about anything. True to their word, from the pics I saw of my condo it looked great! My neighbors even went to check it out and told me how good it looked. Once my condo went on the market it sold in less than two weeks! I absolutely loved that! Thanks, Susan, to you and your team! God Bless....

Juniper is great! I've used them for countless renovations for my clients . . . I can't even remember at this point. I've been working with them for years. To borrow a wine term, they have great QPR - quality price ration. They do great work at a very reasonable price. And often times can complete the project before other contractors might even be out for an initial quote/visit.
