Mr. Jumper arrived early and was quite efficient; he is both competent and polite. On any given day, I would recommend him! Thanks to him, I didn't buy a house that would cost me more in the long term than it is worth.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I purchased a 5000 Sq foot home and had Mr Jumper do the inspection. He charged us $600 and was finished in less than an hour. He told us everything was perfect. Since we moved in we have found leaking faucets, broken light fixtures, rot under the deck and the last straw was a pipe that wasn't even attached. When I used the sink water leaked all underneath ruining not only the cabinet, but the drywall as well. If you want someone to just take your money and not even really look at your house, he is your guy. He is very personable, but he told us nothing about our home.

Wow! I picked Mark Jumper for my inspection due to his reviews on Google...i was not disappointed! He has earned every one of the great comments I have read and very deserved of my 5 * rating and the comments that follow. Mark was great to work with while purchasing this older home in Jonesboro. Mark was so knowledgeable about issues pertaining to older homes. As a previous multi home owner and self proclaimed handyman, I was amazed by his knowledge of home improvement techniques and his willingness to share tips and tricks with his customers. He walked me through the house inside and out discussing the state of the home, how to tell if something is a problem or just cosmetic. His inspection was very thorough and detailed. He even told me where to get some good deals on project material and the best ways to attack a home improvement project. I have his number saved in my phone and hope he doesn't mind if I call to pick his brain some more on a future project.

Mr. Jumper did an awesome job, he was very responsive and showed up to the inspection site 10 min before he was expected to. My fiancé and I are first time home buyers and he really instructed us on different things we can do maintenance wise to keep up the house. He also was very knowledgeable about everything during the inspection whenever we asked questions.
