Ju is the real deal!!! I review businesses all the time, and I can say Ju did what needed to be done. He came the same day. He investigated and identified the problem. And it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to get it done. I will now be calling him for any of my plumbing issues. Thank you Ju!

Highly recommend. He removed a free standing tub faucet and installed a new one fast. The builder had it hooked up really weird so he was back and forth under the house. He got everything installed quickly and he has very fair prices. Half the cost of what I was quoted from another company. I'll be using Ju for any future work.

I had an after hours plumbing issue. Most plumbing companies route you to an answering service, then you may get a call back in a few hours to say they're busy. Ju answered the phone, and had the issue fixed within an hour. His rate was reasonable even though it was an early evening service call.

Ju is a fantastic plumber! He fixed a toilet that another plumber had written off as unfixable. Not only does he show up on time, but the quality of his work is top-notch. He also helped us with our water heater—he anticipated an issue with the controller and advised us to order the part ahead of time. Sure enough, when it finally broke, we had the part ready, and Ju installed it without a hitch. I would recommend Ju to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled plumber.

He was able to come out shortly after our call and was able to quickly fix our shower that would not turn off.

I called Mr. Horne at 10:11 am due to a clogged toilet and Mr.Horne arrived to my home at 1:01 pm which is impeccable! He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He came in and went straight to work, done in a hour. I appreciate his fast and friendly service and would highly recommend his services. This was my first time using his company and won’t be my last!

I called him on Tuesday evening I informed him I had a toilet leak he immediately gave me an appointment for first thing the following morning, at 9:00 am. He called and informed me he was in route he was on time he arrived at 9:00am, he found and repaired my toilet leak along with fixing other issues in some of my other bathrooms. Mr. Horne was the only plumber that called back the same day to schedule an appt. He was very professional, arrived on time, and his price beat several other plumbers in the area. Mr. Horne also had the opportunity to overcharge me with a service that I did not need. He was honest and and I really appreciate that. If I have any other plumbing needs, this is the company that I will use. I have also recommended Mr. Horne to relatives.

He broke the main water to my house and lied to my face about it made me call the water board to fix it and still charged me 350 for the service worked for 1 hour and charged me for 2 sat at his work truck for 60% of the time and I would not recommend him to anyone

I called today because I had a leak in one of my bathrooms. He was able to squeeze me in today. He worked fast and was professional. I will be using his services again and I highly recommend.

Ju responded to a text message on a Saturday in less than an hour. Since it wasn’t an emergency, I arranged to have him come on Monday. He arrived at the designated time and was polite and knowledgeable. We had to replace our cheap garbage disposal that couldn’t be fixed. He went out and bought a replacement and installed it in no time. Reasonable price. I highly recommend him.
