JTR Roofing

Didn't really want to get a new roof but recent storms didn't give us much of a choice. Thankfully, JTR exists. Great guys and we're extremely pleased with the final product and their professionalism and knowledge throughout the entire process. The crew did wonderful work, looks amazing. And even though we're happy with everything they did for us, we're also thrilled that we won't have to do this for a long time to come (if ever again) thanks to the high quality material & labor. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to keep their head from getting wet in their homes when it's raining or snowing. A+.

Stew did a great job both being responsive and finding the best product for our roof replacement! For us, we were navigating insurance around a hail claim, and he really helped make sure that everything from roofing to siding were taken care.

His crew did a great job! They were super thorough, the roof looks great, and they picked up everything leaving a really clean property!

I have worked with JTR for 15 years. I have always been happy with how quick they respond to my estimates and needs. I have sent them to multiple properties over the years that I'm involved in and everything is handled. Would never use another company for roofs or siding.

Would not recommend. Communication was none existent. Had less than 12 hours notice before the crew would show up to the house. I honestly think I would not know they would show up if I didn’t call JTR for an update. Was never told we were put on their schedule. They crew did a great job. Clean, organized, and super fast. They were super fast cuz they(JTR) sent the wrong crew to the wrong house. Had a very large crew to do a small house. Took them a least 3+ months to come back to pick up the left over supplies from my driveway. And when I wasn’t happy with one part of my roof that needed to be fixed took FOREVER(about 4+months and in the winter time) to get it fixed and we tried at least 4 times to have a crew out here and they just NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! And we had other damage from a hail storm and it took forever for the other projects to get finished. One project was finished in the winter with A LOT of snow on the ground and that project they left a lot of things behind. So Communication, communication, communication was a big thing for me.

I called Dan for an estimate and he had an attitude right from the start of the call. I was polite and patient with him, yet he continued to be condescending through the call's entirety. I told him what product I wanted and he asked "if I even knew about the other options", I said yes and he laughed at me. I knew what I was talking about and yet he continued to treat me like he was explaining complicated concepts to a small child. When he finally gave me an estimate I said, "alright, that's all I needed then" and he abruptly said "you're welcome" and hung up. This condescending man child does not deserve business.

JTR replaced 48 roofs (24 buildings) at Powers Place Townhomes in fall 2021. Dan, Trice and the roofing crew are professional, personable and truly care about their clients. We were denied our first hail damage insurance claim and JTR helped us get a second adjuster to review the obvious hail damage and our claim was approved. JTR knows how to talk with the insurance companies. We saved our HOA about 635k from our reserve fund. We have much needed high quality new roofs. JTR's roofers are hard workers and detailed oriented. They cleaned up our property thoroughly. I am the former HOA board president and was a board member for five years. I highly recommend JTR Roofing LLC.

I was particularly impressed because my representative went above and beyond to get the right color shingles, even after I told him I would take my second choice in color due to supply issues that many businesses are facing right now. The job was timely and they did an excellent job of clean-up. I will not shop for future repairs. I will just call JTR Roofing.
