This a review of JSR Group LLC handling of a complete removal and installation of our upstairs HVAC ducting. We were very pleased with Liz’s timely communications and professionalism, detailed quote explanation of the projected repair tasks and timeline, and her crew’s superb repair work.

I initially contacted Liz for a Mold remediation quote. After her recommendation for an inspection of our roof for any damages. It was determined our main HVAC duct in the attic was damaged and need to be replaced. Because the original duct was not suspended above the ceiling. It was left to lie on the ceiling of each room in the attic. Also, there were some sharp bends in some of the duct off shoots that restricted the flow of air into a couple of the upstairs room. The HVAC duct replacement brought the upstairs duct work into code and improved the airflow in the upstairs rooms.

- Liz’s professionalism and attention to detail. She was very transparent and up front when answering questions and concerns. She did provided information a timely manner either text message, email or a phone call. Plus, she was quick to update us if there was going to be a delay and when to expect her team member arrival. Due to her fore thought about the roof inspection, we were able to locate the HVAC duct issue, plus, determine the house had suffered hail damage. The hail damage was a huge fine and being taken covered by insurance.

- Jose and his crew’s attention to detail and clean up, plus, putting in the time and effort to complete the full replacement and installation within a day. His crew did a fabulous job of installing the new duct work and hanging the duct in a correct manner. We noticed a significant improvement in the air flow and quality in our upstairs rooms.

- Douglas’s attention to detail and clean up, his repair of some drywall damage (me almost putting my foot through the ceiling) was excellent work. His repair work blends in very well with the exiting ceiling. Plus, his enclosure of the upright portion of the duct work is seamless.

Liz is on it! I had some storm damage months ago and ended up with a roof replacement that came significantly out of my own pockets (RIP) and my insurance only covered painting over the water damage on the ceilings. Fast forward and now there's mold and further damage! I check around for quotes and whatnot from others, but they mostly jerk me around, fail to show up to assess the job, or plain inconsistent communication. I reach out to the gentleman that did my roof and they highly recommended JSR Group and I gave them permission to pass along my contact info. Liz PROMPTLY got a hold of me and came out to quote the repairs and the job. She is so personable and knows what she's talking about. She even went the extra mile to contact my adjustor to get some more out of the insurance due to their misjudgement. From the time I was contacted to the time the job was complete was like 2 weeks! I can't recommend this business enough. If you're looking for straightforward, no BS, accountable, and respectful business, look no further.

We are so lucky to have bumped in to Liz when we did. After purchasing our home, upon moving in a few months later there appeared to be a fairly large roof leak that our inspectors missed. This caused part of the ceiling to fall apart. We had many roofers come out and give us quotes, all telling us massively different price ranges as well as large differences in what all would have to be done, while also talking down to me simply because i was a woman, even shunning me for tarping my own roof to keep out any further water damage. (my husband is military and was moving in to the house a month after me)

We were then very lucky to find Liz, who was not only above and beyond respectful and sympathetic, she did a thorough check of the interior, better than our own inspectors did to find all effected areas. Every step was clearly communicated to us, as well as very well documented by Liz and her team who took photos every step of the way. This project quickly turned from tearing up and reinstalling flashing properly to discovering and treating a large amount of mold inside, discovering and reporting attempted cover up work from prior owners for our documentation, and when replacing the shingles didn't 100% work their team was right back out trouble shooting to find the root of the issue. With out roof and leak repaired her team got our ceiling and drywall back up and did their best to match the textures we had (3 different ones!) and even when i felt like the paint wasn't a 100% match they tried 4 times to match it to my liking which i was severely grateful for.

However, the best part of working with JSR Group is that they understand the frustration of filing Insurance / warranty claims. Our warranty company has tried every which way to deny us reimbursement by requiring an insane amount of documentation from the contractors down to the names of what was put on the wall and individual prices of shingles, etc. Liz never told us that she didn't want to do that or it was too much work to rewrite our break down to make it work for our claims. She is truly a gem and turned a disaster experience for us as first time home owners into an experience for us to learn and feel like there was a sense of community in tis new town. It was nice to know she had our back. I highly recommend them!
