These guys are fair and competent. The ladies at the front counter are knowledgeable and know their customer service! Will take them my business without a second thought.

Jr’s was absolutely amazing! I was having furnace issues in my fifth wheel and I attempted to fix it myself and got nowhere. I called them and they offered me advice but I wasn’t able to get it running. I ended up pulling the unit out and dropping it off with them. They were able to get it fixed for me within just a few hours and even stayed late to finish it because I needed it right away. I highly recommend using them, the customer service was awesome and the workers were very knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions.

They are a honest small business that was willing to work with us to the best of their abilities. Highly recommend

Great to work with over the phone. Easy to schedule with. Their drop off policy is simple. VERY fast service. Responsive to questions. Dropped off on a Friday and picked up on a Tuesday with a repair for our toy hauler in that time. This is the only place we will EVER go for service. Reasonably priced and doesn’t try to oversell. Absolutely ecstatic to have a reliable shop to work with!

We stopped in on a 2 month trip with a gas fridge issue. JR helped us right away even though they were busy and had us back on the road in no time. We can't stress enough how kind efficient and reasonable they were.

Although I was an out-of-state rv’er, JR’s was willing to work me into their schedule. A few hours later they had diagnosed and fixed my propane leak, and I had hot water again! Thanks guys.

We were having issues with our brakes and the shop was able to squeeze us in last minute. They were fast, efficient and transparent. The guys working on the rig were very nice and personable as well as the ladies in the office. We really appreciated them getting us in and allowing us to get back on the road so quickly!

Had a regulator issue and they got me in without an appointment. Fit me into their day and I had my rig back before the end of the day. Great service. There are girls that work. The counter are very polite and friendly. Good personalities. Very helpful folks

This family owned business has always been very professional, honest, fast & efficient with every job I've seen them do. I've been going there for the last 12yrs.

They worked on my toy hauler as well. This company & it's employees have always gone ABOVE & BEYOND in customer service AND their workmanship. They have also done multiple inspections for me when looking to buy. Their trained experienced staff recommend brands of equipment versus how horrible & unreliable other brands are and give honest advice as well as refer me or others that I've sent there to companies who they trust and use but may not carry the part I'm looking for. Although, they do have a big selection of RV parts & add-ons.

This company was recommended and mentioned at every RV lot I went to. Not only while shopping for a rig but for finding an RV spot to park & live in it. Even all the way down in Tacoma & Marysville while looking at rigs. They do quality work (the best in my opinion because they take pride in their work & don't cut corners) and they have great customer service. Communicative, patient, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and a great team of professionals. In the 12yrs I've gone there I've never had a bad experience. I can not say that for a LOT of businesses I've gone to or used or paid thousands of dollars to.

Had a home battery replaced last fall. Went camping for the first time in June ‘23rd and no refrigerator or interior lights. Took it to JR’s and they tested the faulty battery and had it replaced in no time. Friendly service. Highly recommend.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have had JR'S repair or replace something on our 5th wheel. We won't go anywhere else.

JR told us how much a new roof would cost (when ours blew off) and said in his opinion, he wouldn't do that. We appreciated his honesty. Work they have done has always been top rate!

JR and his crew helped us get back on the road after both leaf springs on our popup decided to break. We are not from the Sedro Wooley area (900 miles from home) and needed the repair quickly. They accommodated us and had us ready to roll in less than 24 hours.
Great people to work with!

JR was amazing fixing a complete mess up done by another repair place on the east coast. All of the welds were super clean, he made it better than new by using better components and strengthening the connection points with gussets. And when there was a minor issue with one component they made sure to make it right without me having to ask.

Friendly, helpful staff. Had an electrical problem in our Class A RV. Very pleased with their service. Would definitely use again.

We have been using JRs now for over a year . They are honest and helpful people who I feel truly care about the work they do . Their prices are very reasonable and the staff at the counter is helpful polite and respectful . You can't find that at camping world ever. If I could have given them a 100 stars I would have . Keep up your great work.

We have taken our motorhome to JR RV Repair for over 10 years. The family that runs the business is absolutely honest and very competent. We have never been disappointed.

Awesome shop. Did an extensive estimate for me and barely charged at all. My generator is basically dead, but they were real clear with the issues, and the estimate is fair. Will return.

If u own a motorhome or camper or trailer, you need to know JR'S. We belong to a RV Club and are amazed how many of us have had issues with our rigs. Just had so many things fixed by JR'S, that had previously been repaired OR REPAIRED BADLY... and needed repaired back to normal!!! Some very large RV Repair companies don't train their employers how to correctly do the work, so, u get Mickey Mouse repairs or modifications done and the whole job needs repaired correctly!!! Starts with a Cxxxxxx Xxxxx!!! Spent so many hours there and they did bad work. No training for their repair or workers to work on RVs!!!!! Have visited this particular company in several states and had to have work redone by JR'S. Highly recommend JRs...u might need to make an appointment ahead of time they are very busy. Just Google JRs of Sedro Wolly !!!!!!!

Our refrigerator went out suddenly in our motorhome. Although we stated that we are Full Time RVer’s and are not based in this area, other dealers and shops gave us lengthy ‘we’re pretty booked up” availability times. But not JR's… although they too had a full workload, they understood that we needed our fridge and fit us into the schedule. After giving them our warrranty information, they took it from there, including negotiating with our warranty claim agent. Just a few days after initial contact we got a call. They had a fridge in hand and approval from the warranty company. We had our home on wheels in the next day and were on the road again. JR's is a top-notch operation and understand customer satisfaction and comfort. We highly recommend JR's RV Repair...

These people are great. I called while camping in Oregon on the coast with an electrical problem. Called them and. told me when we got back to bring it up and they would work it in. I took it up Thursday morning and they called later that day and had it fixed. The cost was Very reasonable and the tech showed me what the issue was and I was on my way home with our 5th wheel.
