Customer feedback for Eric's RV is predominantly positive, highlighting exceptional customer service, timely repairs, and effective communication. Many reviewers express gratitude for the staff's willingness to accommodate urgent situations and the thoroughness of the work performed. However, there are serious concerns from a few customers regarding poor experiences, including issues with communication and service quality. These negative reviews indicate a lack of follow-up and dissatisfaction with completed work, which may detract from an otherwise favorable reputation. Overall, Eric's RV is commended for its professionalism and helpfulness, but potential customers should be cautious based on these mixed experiences.
- They extended such hospitality to our guests, as well as keeping us updated with how the progress was coming along.
- The crew at Eric's is very professional and have been trained well.
- One of my friends said, 'that might be the only place in Western Washington where you would get that level of customer service!'
- I was back on the road within 90 minutes.
- Everyone here are very helpful. Best place to get RV repairs done.
- Company refuses to honor 30 day guarantee. Staff is rude- owner never available-doesn’t return calls.
- Had a terrible experience with this company.
- I think you are too busy for the mechanics you have to provide acceptable customer service.

I took my RV in to have the water heater checked. My rig is really large so, as I approached, I called to see if there was a good way to come in. After telling them I was REALLY large, they told me just to come in via the streets. Of course, that was quite tight and, when I got to the counter, the person I had spoken to told me, oh, if I had known you were so large, I would have had you come in this other way. I told him that was why I had called ahead. The water heater just needed cleaning, which was good, but the job that was done was awful. The calcium deposits cleaned out were all over the side of the RV, in the basement area. The check valve that they had in stock that we had agreed to replace did not fit and, instead of calling me as I was just at the store, they cut it down to make it fit which was not necessary and looks awful. I now get to pay someone else to replace that. To top it all off, I was charged for an hour and 15 minutes for 45 minutes of time of work. When I pointed that out, he told me they had an hour minimum charge. I said okay, there is still 15 minutes over charge. He told me he would take it off my next visit. WHAT next visit???

Eric’s RV assisted our renters when our rv had broken down near the Olympic National Park. They were so courteous and even in a troubling situation, they made us feel very comfortable. They extended such hospitality to our guests, as well as keeping us updated with how the progress was coming along. We were so lucky that it ended up here and that they prioritized our work in the situation. We hope to shake Eric’s hand one day.
10/10 recommend!!!

I just left Eric’s where my tow hitch was cleaned, adjusted and lubricated. I was so happy with the service I received, it could not have been a more pleasant experience. I especially appreciated the advice he gave me about maintaining the hitch and checking that I had the correct one.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
