The crew at Eric's is very professional and have been trained well they are all honest and very knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone needing rv repair.

I rolled into Sequim on the way to Sekui with a broken hub on my boat trailer. I was back on the road within 90 minutes. Eric's operation ordered the part and had it delivered within 30 minutes and installed a few minutes later.

One of my friends said, "that might be the only place in Western Washington where you would get that level of customer service!"

Very helpful lady at the frontdesk. She knew immediately what we wanted to buy, as I said: I need a poop-pipeline for my Airstream! Hahaha. Swiss language sometimes works, if you translate by word.

Chris took car of my truck quickly and with utmost competency. I was given options that worked with my budget and got me back on the road.

I use my motorhome as a rental, and my renters were traveling though Washington when they had an urgent repair needed. Very helpful. One of their techs explained what was wrong with my travel trailer and gave me options to have them fix it or sell me parts needed which is what happened and my trailer is good to go. Very friendly staff!

I took my 2015 camper trailer in this week and couldn’t be happier with the repairs. They fixed everything on my list and found a couple of things I had missed. One was a major safety issue!

Every person I encountered there was helpful and informative and their work was top-notch.

Paid for height valves to be replaced-got our RV home and air bags wouldn’t fill up. Company refuses to honor 30 day guarantee. Staff is rude- owner never available-doesn’t return calls & obviously once he’s gotten your $ regardless if the work isn’t correct, he has no interest in making it right! Be ware of this Company!

Everyone here are very helpful . Best place to get RV repairs done. They've worked on my Dodge several times. Hitch, running boards...all in a timely manner.

We stopped at Eric’s RV as they were opening, hoping for help with our electrical problem in our Class B RV. They (Rob) took it in right away, diagnosed and fixed the problem within 2 hours. And for a very fair price. We are thrilled and recommend them highly. Now we can catch our ferry tomorrow and move on with our trip.

Erics RV went over and above to help me out with finding parts for my older motorhome. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Didn't know if it was a major or minor electrical problem with our utility trailer so off it went to Eric's. My husband barely got home and a call came announcing the trailer's electrical issue was repaired. Eric's shop is fantastic! They ferret problems out quickly and make the necessary repairs. They're the best!

Edit 10/23 I think you are too busy for the mechanics you have to provide acceptable customer service. I’ll keep my ear to the ground to hear if things get straightened out.

Eric’s RV is the ONLY qualified RV repair (mechanical & house) on the Olympic Peninsula in WA i’ve found. highly professional & knowledgeable with decades experience. highly recommend

I'm a locksmith that does work in the area, a customer had a Lock that went bad and this place was the one place that had a viable replacement and they had excellent servi e on top of that. I'll bebchecking with Eric's next time I need a part.

Eric's RV is most definitely the best RV repair and parts store. They are always friendly and do great work. I have done business with them for years will always recommend them.

Had a terrible experience with this company. When we first contacted them, they sounded GREAT - we were very excited to work with them. We have a Class A motorhome that we live in full time. It needed multiple things repaired. We were going to be in Sequim for three months and wanted them to do the work. We spoke to Chelsea at Eric's. We went there on June 10th for them to look over our rig and review our needs. We told them we were in the area until September 10. She said no problem - they would order all the parts and when they all came in they could do the work in a day or two. We kept waiting and waiting and checking and checking with them. We were always told that not all the parts had come in. Finally, when we were about three weeks from leaving, we figured we'd better get our coach in and let them at least repair the items they could. When we called to arrange that we were told they were booking appointments at the end of September and into October and couldn't help us! We reminded them that we told them our dates for being in the area from the first day. They didn't seem to care - they wouldn't make any adjustments to their schedule for us even though it was their mistake that they didn't put us on their schedule at an appropriate time. We don't feel that they were honest with us - just kept giving us a good line but never coming through. Beware if you decide to use them!!

I didn't get in with Eric for my repair but what impressed the heck out me was despite his busy schedule (backlogged at least 2 weeks) he spent time with me on the phone diagnosing my issue as best he can and was prepared to get my RV in since we were en route. Super nice guy, super helpful.

Needed vent cover replacement. They had it in stock but I purchased the wrong one. They exchanged for correct one easy breezy. Love this place. Brian rocks

Eric is always great! Always helpfull when I ask questions, alway there for me when I think I am having a truck or emergency. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Called Eric's and discussed suspension upgrades for my RV. I was camping nearby and asked when he could get me in and he told me the next day, in the morning. Sure enough, he had the parts and I suspect brought in a tech who was off that day, to do the work. A few hours later I was out the door.

Eric takes the time to talk to you and I never felt rushed, like he was trying to move on to the next customer. Excellent customer service and work. Very pleased with this local company and highly recommend.

Just had some extensive work done on my GD 5th wheel, upgrade the suspension and brake system. Also had a extra 50 gal gas tank install in my F350. In addition, the 5th wheel needed an awning repair. I was extremely impressed with the work performed, there knowledge and professionalism. Actually, the gas tank needed a mod to allow it work under my cover. They manufactured this solution for my truck. I highly recommend Eric’ RV for any service that is needed.

Really lovely people here that do good work for a reasonable price. They totally solved a complex mystery with the electrical system on my 40+ year old RV. (They did some other good work for us too) Kind, communicative and respectful and willing to meet you where you can afford it on solutions. I'm a newbie and I never felt condescended to, only supported. I deeply appreciate and enthusiastically recommend their service.

Eric’s RV serviced our boat trailer, installed disc brakes, fixed some wiring issues and subsequently discovered that the trailer actuator was faulty and replaced it when we had problems with reversing up hill on our long driveway. His shop does quality work!

We are coming in for service tomorrow for our truck and RV. We are driving 4 hours out of our way because they came that heavily recommended by our friend Phillip who has used them before. He insists that they are honest, do not overcharge, and will treat us with respect.

We just lost our business and really need honest people on our side to fix our rig and not try to take advantage of us. So far the interactions over the phone have been great. Looking forward to updating this review.

Our coach was completed promptly (same day) & professionally. Brian, the service man working our rig, clearly explained the work he had done, but also went above & beyond by explaining how to avoid issues in the future. All of the Team at Eric's that we interacted with were knowledgable, helpful & pleasant. When in need of RV service in the future, we will definitely take our rig back to Eric's.

I had a broken metal part needing welding repair. The tech jumped right on the task, fixing while I waited. The cost was very reasonable and looked great. He even added black paint to make it look like new. Great assistance.

Three generations of our family have gone to Eric’s for RV repair. After decades of loyalty, we were treated with utter disrespect. We brought it in for repair and it wasn’t fixed. We took it back again and we had lots of questions about what had been done. Sue was defensive. Eric refused to talk to my husband. We were told not to return. Seriously! No problem.... we would never come back and pay high prices to be disrespected.

The entire staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. My first encounter was a pre-purchase assessment [chassis and house] that led to repairs. The RV is no longer made [1995 Europa-Chevy chassis]]. Eric's team went the extra mile and had parts made in order to complete repairs. They are trustworthy and dependable.
