Awesome experience, I was in the middle of the cross Washington route, and came in for some derailer issues. They immediately got me sorted out and back out on the trail. Terrific service, terrific work, highly recommend.

We were looking to customize our new e-bikes, and they spent an impressive amount of time walking us through every option, answering all of our questions, and making sure every detail matched what we wanted. They clearly care about getting it just right and it shows.

The end result? Two beautiful, perfectly tailored e-bikes that we’re thrilled to ride. We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience — if you're looking for a shop that goes above and beyond, this is the one.

Very friendly and efficient! They took care of a flat repair on Sunday afternoon for us and we were able to stay on our RV travel itinerary very cool little town kept us entertained while we waited.

These guys really saved me over the weekend. A friend and I drove up from southern Washington to ride the Snowqualmie bike park. A rock caught my front brake line and snapped it clean off 2 runs in. No local shops has a brake hose in stock so we made the trek to Roslyn Bicycle's. The staff was amazing and even set us up with a bike stand to repair the bike ourselves. We were in a real bind and these guys kicked ass and saved the day. Made it back to the bike park and rode till close. Thanks guys!

My son is a 13 year old budding mountain biker and mechanic. They took the time on a busy weekend to really get him what he needed to tune up the mediocre bike he currently has. Will definitely be buying his new upgraded mountain bike here.

Glen and Rich are badass people. Their goal is to get people on bikes and trails. This is what grassroots local community bikes shops represent, the love of biking and community.

The staff at Ride Roslyn are amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable. Prices are incredibly reasonable for maintenance and repairs. In the past, I have bought three bikes from the shop. Service is great. I would highly recommend this shop for all your biking needs.

I brought in a kids' bike that had been sitting in the garage for five years. They replaced the old tubes, lubricated everything, and adjusted the brakes—it was ready in less than an hour. Fast, friendly, and thorough. Highly recommend!

Ride Roslyn came in clutch today! I somehow managed to strip out my mountain bike's rear free hub. Brought it in on a Saturday and they fixed me up with a spare wheel in about an hour for a reasonable price! Great folks here. Thanks for saving my Sunday of riding!

Came in with front break issues hoping to ride this weekend. RR fixed it same day and got me on the trial at a real reasonable price. Great shop great people. I'd highly recommend them for needs big and small.

Customer service was excellent, they helped me select an E-bike that would transport my 5 year old Grandson on the Palouse to Cascade trail. I was able to obtain a WSDOT VOUCHER.

Always been very happy with the service Glenn gives. I know that I have a hard time keeping track of my 9 bikes. But Glenn remembers especially the 7 bikes I have purchased from him since 2019. The most important service is AFTER you buy the bike!

Super friendly and amazing service! I stopped by mid ride when my AXS derailleur battery died, and they hooked me up. Not only was I able to charge my battery, but they lent me a spare so I could get right back to my ride. Learned my lesson and need to keep that battery charged!

Carver was amazing with my Salsa bike purchase and all the extra items to be assembled & installed. Helped us late on a Friday afternoon despite having many other duties. Glen the owner was super helpful at specifying a great bike!

Very helpful and great advice as to what repairs were needed for my bike. They got the repairs done quickly. I particularly appreciate that they let me know what the cost would be up front so no surprises when picking up the bike.

Great little shop! From quick repair to seasonal overhaul, useful local trail knowledge always and cool t-shirts. When I’m out riding east of the pass Ride Roslyn is a must stop before every ride.

Ride Roslyn is a great local bike and ski shop! They have everything you need to get you out on the trails all year round. The staff if friendly and super knowledgeable and if they don't have something in stock they will order it for you. I love that they are active in the local community and host bike rides on Thursday evenings.

Fast friendly service,fair pricing has been my experience at Ride roslyn bike shop. They have even done on the sport adjustments and minor repairs while stood there waiting. What more could you ask for?

Great service! The folks here were so nice and accommodating and lent us a couple of bike locks to keep our gear safe while we hiked.

Great find! Rented a long travel trail bike and hired Carver as my guide for afternoon. Did a lot of climbing but none of it soul crushing (he paced us well). Bombing down Brass Monkey was worth the climb for sure. While climbing he provided some cool history of the area and how the trail network came to be. Would highly recommend coming to this cool little town and paying the shop a visit.

My company visited nearby Suncadia for our annual trip and I organized a group mountain bike ride for about 20 people. 15+ people rented mountain bikes from Ride Roslyn Bike and the experience was outstanding from reservation to the return of the bikes. All of the bikes were ready when we arrived and the Ride Roslyn team was super friendly getting everyone set up and fitted to their bikes. We started our ride right from the shop and, after the ride, we went across the street to Base Camp Books and Bites for great post-ride food and drink. I highly recommend Bike Roslyn if you are visiting town and want to enjoy some mountain biking or cycling!

I rented a mountain bike for a beginners mountain ride. Rosyln bike and board were awesome, instructive and friendly! On top of that their equipment was sized right and was reliable and clean. Strongly recommend stopping here to rent and buy some equipment.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are willing to answer any question and educate on any and all things bike. I'm newer to my kiddos digging in deeper to mountain biking and so we are on a large learning curve and then on top of that am looking at e bike options. I feel grateful to have a local shop with such great bandwidth and true passion to help bikers regardless if it's a rental, tune up, helmet, new bike etc. The owner was great at making sure we were taken care of when my oldest sons bike had an issue and there ended up being a minor miscommunication he didn't even skip a beat to work it out.

They also have a great rental program.

We've been coming here since the day we moved to Roslyn, and I'm mad that it's taken me this long to write a review. Great prices on repairs/refreshes of older bikes, and they carry the best of everything. They genuinely care about people and the community, and will help you get connected to trails and group rides. Glen has stayed after hours just to wax my kids' boards. We bought Arbor snowboards/bindings here last Christmas and one experienced an issue, and of course they are taking care of it for us, even setting us up with a rental in the meanwhile. You will not get better customer service anywhere.

Truly the worst customer experience I've ever encountered. Complete lack of accountability, and on top of that, rude. They told me to come in (in-person) to process a partial refund so I went way out of my way for that. Just a few hours later I showed up and they told me that they wouldn't.

Prior to purchasing the bike, I confirmed two very important specs that were dealbreakers for me. They confirmed those specs and we moved forward with ordering the bike. When the bike parts arrived to the shop, they saw that those two parts were the not specs we agreed on. Instead of calling me so we could decide if we wanted to move forward or not, they built the bike up anyway and didn't say anything until I drove across the mountains to pick it up. I then had to spend hundreds more making the bike the spec that I needed and had originally paid for.

I talked to the owner about it when I was in the shop, and gave him this feedback in the kindest way possible because I do want local bike shops to do well. But he was honestly very short and dismissive toward me. He seemed focused on blaming others and not actually taking accountability for his shop's actions.

I'm happy to see others have had a positive experience here but I would definitely caution others from purchasing a bike here.

Very nice shop, clean and well organized. I worked with Greg(?) and Cedar to rent a fatbike over winter. I had small snafu with the rental system BUT they were very accommodating and helpful.

I didn't get a too close look at the shop, but it looked clean, well organized and had very nice equipment and accessories. Good spread of bikes, not like the usual "oh this is a roadie shop" vibe. Very down to earth.

The bike rental was great I rented a Salsa Mukluk, was in great condition and had no maintenance or mechanical issues. Trails were groomed well and decently marked.

I was on a bike tour when I lost some small bike parts that could have made a big problem, so I took a detour to Ride Roslyn in the hopes of purchasing some. Unfortunately they were closed and so I was loitering outside trying to figure out what the heck to do when the owner happened to walk by!
He stopped and asked how I could help and got me the bolts that I needed and checked that they fit- all while on his Sunday off! In the frenzy of it all I completely forgot to pay and he didn't push. Very stand-up guy!

2022 update. Again excellent service from Cedar who pays extra attention to detail and asks all the right questions. Most recent work was a stem riser install but I have had a lot of work done here.

2021These guys just saved my trip to Hiawatha ! Fixed my bike within a couple of hours of calling them at a very reasonable price. So glad they are here ! Can’t say enough good things !

Absolute grade A champion bike shop. Was driving across the state,and my roof racks failed, throwing a bike into the freeway. I grabbed it, and called bike shops along the way. They got me in, and in an hour fixed it up. I was prepared to buy a new dropper post, but they identitied that it was just the cable, and fixed it. They easily could have just replaced it.

And while I was waiting, I looked up mtb trails near by, they look rad. Will be back to Ride Roslyn, when I Ride in Roslyn.

Just got to Elk hunting camp with my new Quiet Kat electric bike, first trip with it. As soon as I unloaded it and took it for a test ride, the master link on the chain broke and the bike wasn't shifting correctly. First time out, and no spare parts, and I was very demoralized. Called Ride Roslyn and they insured me they had the parts to fix me up. Immediately drove back down the mountains and took the bike to Ride Roslyn. Carver helped me out immediately. He got in the back of my truck and repaired the chain, sold me some of the spare stuff I would need for my 7 days in the woods at a VERY reasonable price I might add. He also put my bike on his stand and expertly tuned my derailer so that the bike shifted like BUTTER! What amazing service from Carver! My bike shifted and performed better than it ever had in the short time I have owned it. I had complete confidence in the work Carver performed and the bike ran amazingly!! Thanks again fellas and I will definitely be back to see you!

Great service on things that I had to have done in a rush . Gets you out on the bike when you are ready. Grab some skateboards and hit our new park or the glass roads in Sucadia.

We had a blowout on the Iron Horse trail just out of Easton. Tried to boot it but it was not going to last for the remainder of our 100 mile ride. Called Glenn at Roslyn Bicycle, bo questions asked, he got my Beacon and met us with what we needed. You saved the day, Glenn! We are so grateful!!! Univita Racing

Mechanical Genius Award given: Trust these folks! I had just purchased a new Intense Sniper, factory direct. It arrived mostly assembled, requiring only that I install the handlebars. Everything seemed to be perfect, but the chain continually skipped on the cassette under power. Everything looked perfectly aligned, but I couldn't resolve the issue. These guys jacked around with it for about 15 minutes, and seemed as stumped as I was until one of them recognized that the master-link in the chain was installed upside down. Solved! I thought I was going to buy a new chain. Nope. Nice guys too.

We rented two hardtails for a ride out to Cle Elum Lake; a fun and easy ride with a great payoff at the end!

The rental experience was really fast and painless on both ends and the rate was reasonable. The bikes (Kona Blast) were in like-new condition and well tuned. Though we didn't need to take them up on it, the shop said they could make accommodations if we wanted to return the bikes after hours. They also have very useful local trail map that you can download to your phone for free.

We'll be back to rent here again and check out more trails soon.
