We just had our roof completely replaced at Twin Rivers Assisted Living and Memory Care. It was a fantastic experience with the entire crew the 2 weeks they were here. They were expecting to work 2-3 weeks, but the Texas weather was very cooperative and they were able to complete everything in 2 weeks.

Our 2 Crew chiefs, John Duck and Kyle Purlington were in constant contact with us during the progression of the project. They were always very courteous and explained things in layman terms which was very helpful.

Aston Gardens at Pelican Pointe recently had roof work done, and we were incredibly impressed with the service we received. Grady and Jason did an outstanding job—not only was the work done efficiently and with great attention to detail, but they were also wonderful with our residents. They were respectful, friendly, and went out of their way to minimize disruption to our community. It’s clear they care about both the quality of their work and the people they’re working around. Brandon and John came out to our New Jersey facility to take care of a roof leak that was under warranty. Brandon and John were very professional and friendly. They were able to locate the roof leak and did the repair. Thank you guys and safe travels back to TN.

One of their drivers hit my sister’s car yesterday. They are not trying to do what they are suppose to do. The man said it wasn’t on him it’s on the company since he was in a company vehicle. But today they are trying to lie. My sister has proof that he hit her!

Chuck was at our facility on Friday and Saturday and did a excellent job fixing our roof. He even found another leak that I was unaware of and fixed that too! His communication and professionalism was top notch. Thank you for everything.

Dylan and Grady arrived promptly this morning and introduced themselves as representatives of JRC. They were both friendly and courteous and appear they enjoy their work. I took them to the resident’s apartment where the roof was leaking. They were very kind to the resident treating her with great respect and asked her permission before entering the apartment. The area that caused the leak was identified and repaired within minutes. Thanks for the great service!

Chuck Griffeth came out and inspected my roof. Quickly found issue and resolved while on site. He was very nice, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. Definitely recommend his services!

JRC handled an important project for us at our plant in Ohio. They responded quickly having been called after our primary roofing co. bailed on the project. The crew led by Dylan performed great and on time throughout the project. They also went above and beyond to help us with the scope of work and other needed repairs. It was a job well done. Johnathan and crew were so professional! The company that I work for has a massive roof. And God bless them they worked from sun up to sun down. They made sure that the staff moved there automobiles to different locations around the building to ensure that they wouldn't get any debris on there cars. He also made sure that we safely walked around any machinery that might be near or around where they were working. They cleaned up and debris that fell from the roof top and they also checked the parking lot for roofing nails! They stayed out of our way as much as possible. The roof looks fantastic! What I really liked was that he stayed on site the whole time to make sure that everything was going smoothly. His crew was also very respectful and just handled there business. Jonathan Johnson is so awesome. They did a great job on our assisted living building. I thought it would take a few weeks to complete but they did it in under 2 weeks. Jonathan always had a smile on his face and was always professional. I truly enjoyed him.

JRC (working with Jerry and team) have been a trusted partner for Cascade to turn to regarding roofing issues. They always take the call, give us an honest report and willingly follow up not just on concerns in their' wheelhouse but to assess and repair work that wasn't their own. Especially in the PNW areas where we service and water is a constant threat, having a trusted roofing partner is key.

Cascade has done multiple roofs and repairs with JRC, what stands out most is the detail they provide in the work they do. The bids are clear and informative, the onsite personnel contract or in house are just as knowledgeable and then the follow-ups they provide give you confidence that they stand by their' work.
