Absolutely impressed by this company’s level of service! Their service was professional and prompt. Ethan was very communicative, informative, and helpful through the entire process of our roof being replaced. The entire crew was very respectful and efficient. They kept the work area around my home very clean throughout the job and upon completion. My roof looks amazing, I am very pleased! I would DEFINITELY recommend this company, they did an amazing job.

JR Roofing was an excellent company to work with. They replaced the roof on our house quickly and professionally after the hail storm in April 2018, and they followed through on all questions or concerns. They also were extremely persistent and effective at working with our insurance company to help us get a full settlement. I would happily work with them again.

The project manager Kyle would never call. He would only communicate via text. He could not be bothered to bring us roofing samples, just gave us addresses to go see the colors we were interested in. The day of the build we found their employees doing drugs on our property. In addition, the employees did not know the scope of work and our shed would not have gotten done had we not asked about it. Now that the job is done Kyle is harrassing us for payment despite my telling him multiple times we have submitted the final invoice to our insurance and are waiting for the insurance to pay. I asked him to stop constantly texting as my mother is on hospice care and will be passing very soon. Once again he text me saying our account is almost 60 days past due when it has only been 41 days since they finished our roof. Totally unprofessional and harassing. Very disappointing as they had come highly recommended. Don't use them, safe yourself the grief.

Update: Changing from 1 star to 4 stars. Management listened to our concerns and agrees that we did not receive the great service their company is known for. They admit that we were given a project manager with no prior construction experience and is currently dedicating time to train Kyle further in providing effective and courteous customer service. They are training Kyle in all aspects of the business where he failed to serve us properly. My review was never about workmanship, but about customer service. We understand that due to the enormous workload Kyle had he was overwhelmed by the amount of work placed on him. With this understanding, we now feel confident that JR Roofing will in the future ensure that project managers receive the appropriate training needed prior to managing projects on their own. We feel confident that customers will receive the excellent service they are known for.

JR Roofing did an excellent job completing our roofing project. They are very knowledgeable of the insurance process and worked with us and the insurance company to get everything taken care of. They were fast and efficient and did a great job with clean up. Highly recommend them!

They guys showed up on time, started and finished the job by 1 pm on the same day! Highly recommended.

The only thing they need to work on is clean up and if they have an accident and damage property , the workers need to report it.

Replaced my roof in one day and met and followed up on the additional requests I had made. Install was clean and professional and they used quality products.

JR Roofing went above and beyond and helping us replace our hail damaged roof. Even though we live out of state they did everything to help us with getting the best materials, quality of work, and efficiency in replacing a roof. We are extremely satisfied with using them and highly recommend them to anyone!

Our house had hail damage from a storm 3 months before I called JR Roofing. Our neighbor had a Sign in his yard because he had his roof replaced as well.

The cost estimate came in slightly below market average, and scheduling was handled professionally and quickly.

The crew came in at three days after we signed the paper at 0700 and was complete before 1700. This included a complete shingle removal, replacement of the sub-roof in areas, and install of new shingles. All licensing was completed per city code.

The biggest point to take away for me was the responsiveness and the ability to handle the complete job without excuses - it was handled.

Hopefully I won’t be needing another roof in the next 30 Years - but if I do, I won’t need to shop around.

Saw alot of signs around town for JR Roofing. Gave them a call and after that couldn't have possibly been more disappointed. Met with project manager Joey Striecher seemed great, soon after on several occasions he dropped the ball. Total lack of communication. I texted and called numerous times to virtually zero response. However, did recieve one follow up call at 11pm. I get they are really busy right now however, a return call or text could have been done.
We were initially turned down by our insurance but, after an appeal it is now approved. once we were turned down Joey has not made a single return call or text. Our bid was more than $24,000. I guess they dont need our business. Our neighbors followed us to JR Roofing and they to have had the same experience. We both will be hiring someone else to do our work. We are very frustrated with this company and will not refer or give positive feedback.

JR Roofing responded to my inquiry within one day and then started work within 2 weeks! The job was completed in one day and was well done. Eddie Orabona, the project manager, was great to work with and he worked directly with my insurance company to ensure we received all we were entitled to, even after the job was completed.

Excellent company to work with! Ethan Amoni at JR Roofing helped us so much by speaking directly to our insurance company and working through the details for our hail damage claim. The roofing team finished our entire (large and steep) roof in 2 days and never damaged any landscaping or other property. I highly recommend working with Ethan and this company!

JR Roofing did a great job. They are very fast to set up the initial consult and explained the process well. They dealt directly with my insurance which reduced my stress. My new roof looks great and they cleaned up so well I couldn’t tell they had been there.

JR Roofing is amazing!!! To begin with, after the very damaging hail storm in eastern Idaho in the spring of 2018 for which my roof was damaged, they took my call and came out the very next day to give me an estimate. They were thorough in their estimate and then took the time to walk me through their findings and recomendations. They eased my mind by saying they would communicate directly with my insurance company so I wouldn’t have to. I really appreciated that. They removed all of the old shingles and put on a new roof in one day. The time between the estimate and the finished job was approximately a week and a half. Fast!!! I ended up running into issues with Allstate and Damon patiently supported me as both he and I tried to work things out with Allstate. Damon has been the epitome of great customer service, a champion in dealing with my insurance company, and has gone the extra mile with me through this whole ordeal. I know there are many roofing options out there, but I highly recommend JR Roofing and would hire them all over again and they will be the first ones I call in the future for any roof finish work that I need done.

Comfortable consultation. Fair estimate. Prompt service, great job. We had our whole roof replaced, the underlay on 1/2 needed to be replaced and they did that, and finally we added new gutters. All in all, prompt service, good work, good workers, reasonable price, and our house looks awesome.

They were very ,convenient and fast. I was worried about nails left on the ground, as I have a very inquisitive dog, they reassured me and said how they would alleviate that problem. They deserve 10 mstars.

Look no further! I am so impressed with my experience with Josh the general manager of JR Roofing. Josh made this process painless for us. He took care of adjusting our claim to adequately reflect the damage and associated repair cost and dealt with my insurance company directly. He communicated with us throughout the whole process, always keeping us in the loop. Once approved, his crew completed our whole roof replacement in one day!! Excellent workmanship, very professional, and left the work area very clean. In summary, an honest, local company that I highly recommend and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Wow!!!!! Joe Streicher the project manager was amazing to work with!!! Our house was hit by hail storm. Joe and his JR roofing staff were very professional, efficient, and tidy! Joe was able to give us the best deal we could find in town! I highly recommended Joe and his team!!!!

Very pleased with JR Roofing's work today. They came with a big crew and got it all done before the end of the day. Ethan was very good at helping us understand what was going on and answered a lot of questions. He also helped identify problems that insurance was obligated to pay for, which ended up saving us a LOT of money.

JRRoofing is the best! They were very friendly and communicated with us regarding the status of our roof extremely well. Eddie is quite the professional. He made a bad situation turn into quite the opposite! The entire staff are very professional and caring. I highly recommend them!

They showed up on time. Worked like crazy every day and got the job done promptly. Needed a couple of decking pieces repaired and it cost less than $100. Great job.

Leo and his crew did an excellent job on our roof in Wilson, WY They worked hard, kept a neat job site and were always pleasant and friendly to our tenants. The job was started within two weeks of mailing the deposit and contract and completed a couple of days later. They did this even though we are absentee homeowners and live 2400 miles away. If that isn't enough of a recommendation, the price was the best by far! I don't know why you'd use anyone else.

Amazing Work! His prices are better than most roofing companies. We didn't want to spend a pretty penny but wanted someone with experience and he definitely delivered.
