I have used JPM for a number of services. They have power washed my house, put my kitchen and basement back together after burst pipes, more recently remodeled a bathroom and replaced chandeliers and hung mirrors. They are clean, fast, timely, and very professional. Most importantly very responsive. My bathroom was completely done in less than a week.

We recently had an attic ladder installed so we could make more practical use of our attic space for storage. The quote from the company we used for that job was really high, so we got a quote from JPM. Their price was reasonable and we decided to proceed. They were here yesterday and did great work! They showed up on time and worked hard all day to deliver beyond our expectations for the attic storage space. Each of the workers were kind and respectful and they left our home clean as well. Hope to work with JPM on other projects in the future!

Wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They did a very good job at my place. Will use them anytime I’m doing some renovations.

Frank and his team were fantastic. We converted a loft into a bedroom, redid a powder room, and made a new room in the basement for a gym. Frank’s team arrived the same time every day, worked hard throughout the day, and delivered quality work. Everyone was easy to communicate with and quickly understood our plans and requests. He absolutely delivered on time and with a great attention to detail. Also, the team did a great job with painting and did it the right way.

I can't recommend JPM enough. They are a one-stop shop for anything you need. They painted my entire home and were finished in two days, it looks wonderful. They installed fans and new plumbing fixtures while they were at it. The team is communicative and timely. A detailed (and reasonable) quote was provided and they really went above and beyond, were careful with my belongings. 10/10, I'll never go anywhere else.

We’re very very pleased!! with the work that Frank and his crew have done for my husband (Charles)and myself. our first project was remodel basement bathroom and laundry room…outstanding job!!!Second project… remodel upstairs bathroom, painted upstairs level and hallway, put beautiful carpet strips on our steps, painted The first level,which is the living room, kitchen dining room. also, remodeled my powder room, kitchen backsplash,light fixture,electrical plugs, etc. I will highly recommend Frank and his crew. We finally found our permanent contractor for all of our service needs. I cannot rave enough about how great this Company is. Frank and his team were hired for a ground up Master Bathroom remodel. Frank had the best communication of any company I've dealt with in 10 years in the area. Frank and his team arrived on time every day. They were professional and the work is incredible. They finished a week faster than any other Company estimated. This was primarily due to their absolute dedication to their work. They stayed late when needed, to finish important steps. They worked weekends based on our schedule. You can tell that Frank cares about the quality of his work. We've already booked Frank to finish our basement and have several more projects that we will use his Company for. If you have had previous bad experiences with Contractors in the area...I encourage you to give JPM a call. You will not be disappointed.

JPM Construction has not let me down. They have done three home improvement projects and each time it’s wonderful! Next up, bathroom remodel. They are professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend Frank and his team!

All the work JPM has done for us has been amazing. So far, they poured a new concrete slab to be the foundation of our home gym, assembled a 10x14 shed that came with very vague instructions, built a raised garden bed, and repaired water damage above our fireplace. Frank is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, competent, and friendly! The team was always on time and worked so hard. He was also extremely patient with the re-scheduling we had to do with such a rainy spring and outdoor projects.

We will absolutely use JPM again, and already have another project planned.

I couldn’t be happier with the work that Frank and his crew did for us. JPM Construction finished our kitchen in just about a week and a half and it looks stupendous. The quality of the work is second to none. Frank was very responsive when it came to communication when a change in design or additions to the primary design where desired. We just bought a 3 BR townhouse, but needed a 4th BR, and the ground floor den area was a great opportunity. The JPM Construction team provided outstanding recommendations for design of a wall to create a new BR complete with a closet and newly wired recess lighting. The job took 3 days from start to finished painting, at it's perfect. Our son now has a good sized bedroom and the house entrance way looks better than it did when we bought the house. Great team, great craftsmanship, great price. Highly recommend to anyone in the NOVA area looking to do home improvements!

Frank and company replaced my vanity for me and hung up my mirror. They did a great job of it and I appreciated how much care they took to make sure all was neat and clean afterwards. I would definitely hire them again.

For a reasonable price Frank did a great job installing a toilet at my rental property and completing some minor repairs. He was very accommodating and my tenant was happy with her interactions with him. I will be calling him for future projects or maintenance at the property.

Frank has been doing work for us for a few years now and every project no matter big or small he shows up on time and does a great job! He’s prices are always very reasonable:)

Love the deck that Frank and his company built on my property last October. JPM Construction and his workers arrived on time every morning and were very polite and conscientious. All my questions were always answered. His price was very reasonable, too. I called him 2 days go to help with issues on the roof and the gutters that needed to be secured. The next morning he arrived and completed all tasks. He installed electrical boxes in the attic and cleaned up extra wiring that was not needed. I highly recommend Frank for any handyman issues. He is licensed and insured...this is very important for any work being done in your home.

It was the best experience. JPM Construction LLC was very professional and have been very attentive to our needs. Frank and his crew was honest
and upfront. They were there every morning waiting to work and they worked really hard. Their craftsmanship was really very high quality. My basement was picture perfect after they were done with it.
