It was extremely fortunate that I learned of Jordan Roofing and Remodel. I needed a new roof and replacement of gutters along with trenching due to poor workmanship previously done with the gutters. Josh explained everything prior to the work, during the work and after the work. His customer service, crew and workmanship is exemplary. He is trustworthy and available, plus visits the property during inclement weather to ensure that what he expects will happen, does happen. Truly, this has been the most enjoyable experience I have had with a contractor.

We moved to the Chester County area a year ago, and have been trying to find a reliable stand out contractor. Someone who is honest, affordable and does quality work. After a recent storm and losing a piece of siding on the house we started googling companies… After reading multiples reviews we decided to try out Jordan Roofing and Remodel. We messaged through facebook hoping to hear back and Josh, the owner got in touch us with so quickly. He came out to look at the siding, and was able to schedule the work within a couple days. However, due to the specific material we had it was going to take a day or two to come in. We asked Josh if he could also take a look at the property and the roof and make sure everything else was OK. He came out again, quickly and identified our roof was in need of replacement. He took pictures, videos and explained everything to us in great detail. Owner, Josh, was incredibly responsive, easy to work with and flexible. We had a lot of questions and he always made us feel like they were welcome; from the estimate, scheduling, payment. He is so easy to work with! His team was awesome too!! They were done everything in 2 days. It was crazy how fast they worked. They left the property so clean too. Josh came back to do a final check before everything was closed out. My husband and I are completely satisfied and pleased with the work done by Jordan Roofing, from the quotes through the completion of all projects. They installed a new roof on our home and 3 out buildings, installed new gutters and downspouts, installed all new shutters, repaired 2 separate decks and power washed our home. Everything was done in a timely fashion, the workers were respectful of our property and cleaned up any debris before leaving the job each day. When Josh would find something unacceptable to him which was done by the original builder, he immediately brought it to our attention and gave us the precise cost on how it should be corrected and let us make the choice…he went above and beyond to stand behind his work. Of course, we had him correct everything because we do not want to pass along substandard work onto anyone who will purchase our home in the future.

Jordan roofing came out quickly and addressed our roofing issue. He was prompt and professional and did superior work. I would recommend giving him a call.
