Our experience with Macon Renovations was overwhelmingly negative in every regard. We were disappointed with all aspects of this business, from communication to end product.

Communication was ALWAYS an issue throughout the project. Despite repeated efforts to communicate proactively and collaboratively, we were often left wondering what was happening next in the process of our bathroom design. On numerous occasions, the message that we thought was being directed to the subcontractors (Macon Renovations subcontracts its work, with different, seemingly random subcontractors joining the project at various times) from the project manager was wrong. We needed to consistently correct, clarify, and ask for mistakes to be fixed.

Just a few examples of the poor quality of work were that fixtures we purchased went missing, nails and debris were left on site causing a flat tire, and pipes that leaked through the floor.

The final price was almost double the initial estimate without clear reasons and justification as to why. The contractors rarely showed up as scheduled and the project lasted for over six months when we were told a much shorter timeframe.

After the project's completion, the shower became unusable due to a plumbing issue. We reached out to Macon Renovations with visual proof of the issue, and were told "it will be taken care of." After months of waiting and repeated texts, emails, and calls, we have never received any reimbursement for the issue.

We would not recommend hiring Macon Renovations to anyone.

I couldn’t be more happpy with this company and their services. I’ve been using them for a couple of years. And they have done multiple jobs for me. Every single one has exceeded my expectations… every installation and repair has been Thoroughly and carefully looked through and over and a clean and Timely finish every time. I only trust them with all my house needs even with this being my first home they have made it more than a home to me and I’m super happy. And their customer services just tops it off. Great job every time thank you guys !
