Konner and his team at Jopco roofing replaced the roof of my new home in Castle Hills in Lewisville TX. I was able to monitor both the removal of the old roof and the adding of the new roof. I remarked to Konner afterwards that the roofing team worked extremely well together. I was not at all surprised when Konner said his crew had worked together for 14 years. We've had new roofs before (Texas hail is infamous for wrecking roofs) but never with the care and quality that Jopco provided. If I ever need a new roof I'm calling Konner because I know I'm getting a competitive price and superior quality.

Jopco did an excellent job helping us work through a significant living room remodel caused by a water leak. Handled our insurance hassles like pro's, kept us updated on project status and costs, and ensured the work done was top notch and exactly to our requirements. Punctual, excellent communicators, and diligent. Just what you're hoping to find for remodeling contractors.

Konner’s team was great in replacing our roof…we had a wind and hail storm that damaged our roof, Konner was very helpful to me as a first time insurance claim filer on how the process works and what is needed, he is quick took the stress away from us completely and handled it all! After the insurance inspection and approval, he got the roof replaced the same week in one day and his crew were great professional and cleaned up everything thoroughly so my neighbors were not bothered with trash in their or my yard. Jopco replaced my roof after the storm damage this spring. They helped me appeal when my insurance company first declined to replace the entire roof. Ultimately the insurance company did agree to replace the entire roof. Jopco was professional, came when they said they would, did what they said they would, and I now have a new roof! I mainly worked with Konner and his crew and they were really good. The first wind storm had blown quite a few shingles off and then we had slightly less heavy winds and I lost a few shingles again and the crew came and fixed all of it.

When the roof of my home sustained serious damage following a major hailstorm, I called JOPCO. Three representative came the very next day, made temporary emergency repairs, and began immediately to work with me to repair the roof, especially dealing directly with my insurance company on various claims issues, taking worries away from me. My experience with other contractors over the years had left me skeptical and dissatisfied, often feeling I had been taken advantage of. But not so with JOPCO. I have never worked with more professional and caring site managers and workers than with this group of dedicated people. They were always on time, on schedule and responsive to every concern I had. There is no question I would use JOPCO again for any roofing or construction job.

They did an amazing job on our house- all new roof, gutters, paint and chimney covers. It looks beautiful and was completed quickly despite some weather issues. Everything was great from communication, execution, cleanup, follow-up, etc. Loved working with Konner and his team! Highly recommend!

We started working with Jopco following the recommendation of our neighbor and we were absolutely not disappointed. Konner and the folks at Jopco did an amazing job with our project. From helping coordinate with our insurance company to working with us on what we wanted installed they really went above and beyond.

Most telling for us, however, was their commitment to doing the work right the first time. Two of our neighbors used two other companies to replace their roofs - their work took longer and was sloppier, with one of them having to come back multiple times due to leaks. Ours was installed faster and has never had one issue since install. Any minor issue that arose during work was always addressed right away with fast response - we were never left calling without an answer or leaving texts/voicemail.

I absolutely would recommend Jopco and will certainly use them again when we have any major projects. They work how a local, family owned contractor should: they treat your home like its theirs.

REMODEL - Based on our experience with Jopco, we decided to ask if they would handle out kitchen remodel. After hiring a designer we didn't like any of their ideas, but working with Tommy he LISTENED and came back with a perfect layout. We removed 3 walls, and expanded the kitchen to a beautiful, modern, and functional oasis. The crews were all professional and cleaned up after themselves. Again, 100% recommend for remodeling too!
