Jong Kim did a fantastic job on our roof. They came in very fairly priced compared to other quotes while using quality materials. The quality of work was excellent and they communicated well during the job. I was shown pictures of all problematic areas during the prep phase and they followed up with pictures of their repairs before laying the new roof. Workmanship was excellent, timely, and they did a fantastic cleanup job. Highly recommended.

Very polite and conscientious. Showed up early and worked late on a very hot and humid day. Readily corrected the one mistake I found and am I am pleased with the work: trim wrapped, new rain gutters on house, and shed reroofed and replaced rains gutters as well

I’m so happy we reached out to Jong Kim Construction! We needed to have the roof trim and gutters replaced on our 2-story home, and it proved surprisingly difficult to get contractors to just give us a cost estimate. Not so with Mr. Kim who was recommended to us by our neighbor. We gave him a call, and within two days he stopped by and gave us a price quote, which was unmatched. So, we decided to contract his company, and not even a week later it was all done. Mr. Kim and his crew did a wonderful job. They arrived early morning, brought everything with them (no lengthy trips to the store throughout the day), worked efficiently, and were done and all cleaned up by evening. Perfect! I contracted Jong Kim Construction for roofing and aluminum wrapping of my rental properties, main residential home, and my mom’s house. Mr. Kim and his crew did a really great job. The quality of both materials and workmanship was great (e.g. he used architectural shingles instead of a cheap one) with a cost of a fraction compared to other companies offered in town. These guys are the best. Came in early and did such a beautiful job on my two story home roof. His men are professional and knowledgeable on everything they did. They dont use a middle man which cost the price to swore, so their prices were reasonable. When the finished they even did a great job with the cleanup afterwards.
