Jones Contracting - Fairmont, WV

I had a deck roof replaced, missing shingles repaired, and soffeting boxes rebuilt. They did quality work that is guaranteed for 5 years. I am happy with the work My only complaint is communication and is why I deducted a star. I asked for an eta of start time but days went by with no response and I wasn't told till 6 am the day of that they might start that day or the next. I also was asked to pay with 4 hours' notice when the job wasn't done and I was at work out of town. Had I been told a completion date, I could have been better prepared but I got a text after I was at work. I put a deposit down for materials and the remainder was expected immediately upon completion. No 30 day invoicing. They got the work done fast but I wish there was a better billing system.
