They said he was running late and would be there in the afternoon. They didn’t give me a window so I gave it two more hours. No show, no call.
I had an appointment scheduled in the morning and after two hours of waiting and no returned calls.

John was very friendly so I (regrettably) paid up front for a job. When the nature of the job changed he promised to reimburse me for the balance but very quickly stopped responding to any texts or calls. His front office kept claiming they would get a hold of him and never did. He's a scammer and a fraud - there's no other way to put it.

Mr. Boyd and his staff and work crew are, for the second time, very courteous and professional. He takes the time to explain what was happening with my roof, the materials that were going to be used and the process to complete the installation of my new roof. He also gave me a few suggestions on cleaning up the front face of my house. Thank you, Mr. Boyd, Barbara, and work crew! Looking forward to working with you again!

I can’t say anything good or bad about the quality of John’s work because he never made it to our residence. I had an appointment scheduled in the morning and after two hours of waiting and no returned calls, I tried the office one more time. They said he was running late and would be there in the afternoon. They didn’t give me a window so I gave it two more hours. No show, no call...thus one star on the rating.
