We had a roof installed by this company and he kept the extra shingles told us he would return them and give us a refund we never saw a refund! Then when we had a shingle fall off the roof and contacted him he answered call and then when he found out our problem he completely ghosted us. We now have 1 shingle missing on our roof no new replacement but we do have the one that fell off. We wanted him to put it back off and were willing to pay him to do it but again he ghosted us.
