The new roof that he provided and had installed is incredibly well done, and I am forever grateful. His crew was efficient and professional, and Jeremy was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Working with Jeremie was an absolute nightmare. ***he actually threatened to sue me because of my honest reviews. I have proof and this is just to make people aware of his lack of professionalism***
Not only did they fail to complete the home project, but they abandoned it halfway through, leaving us with shoddy workmanship and a mess to clean up, for example, excrement left by one of his workers in the toilet (when water was cut) for weeks. No apologies, and they took days to remove it.
They also damaged the garage door, by backing their truck, and never had the intention to fix it.
There was zero time management or supervision, leading to constant delays and excuses. So many excuses. The quality of their work was appalling, with obvious signs of incompetence at every turn. Jeremie was incredibly rude and unprofessional. For a veteran who is supposed to be Military family- friendly, it was beyond disappointing. Save yourself the headache and avoid Joat services at all costs. They failed to deliver on every promise they made.
He claims I am making this up. But we have proof. So there is that.

Fantastic job on the project at hand. Very quick, and efficient. Also best prices around and not cutting corners. Usually if someone gives you a fantastic price you will get what you pay for. With these guys you will get top notch service but at a super fair price. Thank you for your great service
