After a severe windstorm caused water damage to our home, we hired Jamie and his team at JNR General Construction for a full restoration. During the installation of our new roof, strong winds partially lifted the tarps, allowing water to seep into the walls.

Jamie and his crew did an outstanding job restoring the damaged areas inside our home. Their work included repairing seven major sections, installing new drywall, taping, mudding, adding texture, priming, and painting the ceilings and many of the interior walls. They also installed new insulation throughout the walls, including the attic. Additionally, Jamie and his team completed the installation of our three new skylights.

The quality of their work was exceptional. They were professional, meticulous, and highly skilled. Jamie was not only honest and hardworking but also exceeded my expectations with the level of craftsmanship. From now on, he will be my first call for any future projects!

JNR Construction was professional, courteous, and very responsive in every communication we had. A site visit (for project quote & consultation) was scheduled with the first phone call (Friday), but the project was cancelled over the weekend before the inspection (scheduled for Monday) could even take place. After having a total of six different contractors come to make bids, Jaime’s estimate was the only one that was written clearly, properly, and completely. Everything was broken down according to materials and labor, and included allowances. He arrived on-time, was courteous, and knowledgeable.

Jaime provided me with an updated estimate after I requested some changes and clarifications, and held my hand through the process. We wound up selecting another contractor, but that was only because the other one was strongly recommended by my cousin. Jaime’s estimate was still better written than the contractor we selected, but the endorsement from family won me over.

When I told Jaime we would not be hiring JNR (after he spent significant time working with me), he was nothing short of kind & understanding.

I am not big on writing reviews, but appreciated JNR enough to take the time out of a currently bonkers life to write this. I would not hesitate to refer JNR to friends & family!

The structure of my new extension was built with great care and attention to detail. The team was punctual and professional throughout the process. I will definitely hire them again!

We interviewed multiple contractors for a kitchen remodel project that we wanted to have done. When we first met Jaime, owner of JNR General Construction LLC, we were almost immediately certain that this was the company we wanted to complete our project. Jaime is very personable, professional, experienced, and was willing to work with the design project that we had in mind for our kitchen.
Our whole household is that of all graveyard, workers at the hospital, and Jaime and his crew was more than willing to work in the project at night as to not disturb to much of our sleep cycles during the day.
Other people we have spoken to that have done kitchen remodels have had their kitchen out of commission for upwards of a month and more, our kitchen was only out of commission less than two weeks, but we had the necessary tools to function without it during project completion.
We will be contacting Jaime and JNR general construction to complete more tasks around our home as they are efficient and professional and are always willing to work around our schedule and also to go the extra mile to complete the job according to our plan as well as helping with design ideas.
We cannot recommend highly enough the quality, care and professionalism of Jaime and the staff of JNR General Construction.

Thanks to Jaime and his crew for helping us with our renovation! We were under a tight timeline, and Jaime’s team was there nearly every day for three months (even weekends!) working to get our main floor renovation completed. He is easy to communicate with and work with, and we’re pleased with the result.

I had 2 other contractors tell me I had to do a FULL replacement of my gutters to stop the corners from leaking and continuing to damage my eaves and facia. I had Jamie and his team check it out, and he ensured me he could fix the leaks and spend a fraction of the costs. He was right, not only did they stop the leaking in 4 seperate areas, the team replaced the rotten parts of the eaves/facia. It looks good as new and no more leaking. Saved me thousands of dollars. It’s so hard finding a good contractor who checks all the boxes, but this company really does! The owner, Jaime, is kind, responsive and honest. The pricing is very reasonable and they did an excellent job at my house. I will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Jaime installed an over-the-range microwave for me. First of all, I was impressed by the speed and responsiveness of his communication while I was getting estimates. On the job, he exhibited care in the work he did and the result was a high quality installation. His price was good — I especially appreciated that he quoted a fixed price, rather than an hourly rate and a vague estimate of amount of time. This greatly reduced my stress level for this job.

Installed a toilet and problem solved an outdoor faucet issue for us. Jaime responds very quickly to inquiries and does quality work at an affordable cost. Will definitely hire for future projects around the house!
