We recently had our roof replaced by WRS, and from the very first consultation, Andrew’s enthusiasm and deep knowledge won us over. Out of the three companies we contacted (including two well-reviewed large local roofers), Andrew was the only one who crawled into the attic to thoroughly assess our roof’s condition. He took the time to explain exactly what was going wrong and why the roof was failing. That hands-on approach and transparency made it clear who we wanted to work with.

Andrew went above and beyond throughout the process. He provided multiple estimates for various scenarios I had in mind, was extremely patient in answering my many questions, and gave detailed explanations for each recommendation. I even asked him about premium upgrades, and instead of trying to upsell me, he gave honest feedback about what was actually worth the investment. I trusted his expertise and I don’t regret it.

When the work began, the crew showed up on time and worked diligently each day. Andrew kept me updated with regular texts, and the team left the job site clean at the end of each day, with no debris, nails, or trash left behind. Not only do they use top-quality products, but their attention to detail is just as impressive. The result is a stunning roof that we expect will last for many years.

I’ll admit, I am a nightmare customer. I obsess over details and always want to ensure I’m getting my money’s worth. I did my research, asked a lot of questions, and monitored everything closely. Our experience with him (Andrew) was so POSITIVE. They kept us informed on what they were doing. We even had a bad storm during the process and the tarped leaked during it. I called and he was over here within 10 minutes. He got up on the roof with rain pouring down plus the wind and made sure everything was covered. Came inside and inspected the ceiling to make sure there were no other spots that were leaking that I didn't notice. Once the storm had subsided. Andrew and his crew were back and completed the roof. They cleaned up all their debris. They left nothing for us to clean up.
We are so pleased with our new roof, soffits, and gutters.

Andrew and the team were easy to work with. The communication was smooth from start to finish. The team showed up as scheduled and worked diligently.

Moreover, the roof part of a multi-contractor renovation project (roof, solar, and kitchen), which required coordination across different trades. Andrew did an excellent job in coordinating work and was able to open up access to run conduit for the solar and placed vents to prevent rework as the renovations progressed.

Andrew and his team were awesome. It's very rare for company to leave there work site better than they found it. The team was amazing to work with showing up on time and alerting us to any issues with schedule or roofing issues. What started out as a leak in a small area and to remove a small amount of plywood on the roof, upon further, inspection turned into a full roof repair needing over 40 sheets of plywood. Their work and craftsmanship left us with a brand new.beautiful smokey black metal roof, and as an owner of several homes, which at one time or another needing roof repairs, Washington Roofing Services is by far the best roofing company out there. His prices are fair, honest and reasonable, and he will work with you and your finances.

Andrew and his team were great to work with. We have an exposed metal fastener roof that need screws replaced and also a new ridge cap done on our roof. It’s tougher to find a company that will come do metal roof work and he didn’t hesitate. Andrew and his team came out to do initial inspection and estimate and promptly got the job done for us. Very friendly crew and they very communicative through the whole process. They did the job well from what we can tell! Highly recommend!

Andrew and his team were great. They did a reroof, new gutters, and repaired and resided our chimney that had dry rot, as well as had a new custom chimney topper made and installed. A month or so later, we noticed a small seal fell down into the skylight inside the house, and he sent someone to take care of that right away. The employee also removed a branch off our roof that had landed there after a recent windstorm as a courtesy. I would highly recommend Washington Roofing Services!

Five stars and would absolutely recommend! Getting a new roof is always stressful, but Andrew and his crew make it as unstressful as possible. Andrew and his crew do fantastic work. They were very patient, working with my awful wait time for HOA approval. Fitting me into their schedule as soon as they could with the delayed notice.

Andrew is kind and passionate about his profession, and it shows with their workmanship. My father and his friend (big construction snobs, over 60 years combined experience) both got their roofs done by Washington Roofing Services after months of research and multiple quotes. After seeing their finished homes, I was convinced. They encourage you to look at their past work, which most companies shy away from.

They are very competitively priced, as quotes from other roofers were double, or even triple the amount. Insane to think about.

I have no hesitation in recommending Washington Roofing Services for your roofing project. They delivered on all aspects of the project. Showed up when they said they would and completed the work when they said they would. We had a metal roof installed and the quality is top notch and the crew were very efficient and congenial. To avoid an impending "atmospheric river", the crew worked miracles over the weekend to complete the job. And, they cleaned up the job site in a very satisfactory fashion. Hire these guys and you won't be disappointed.

Found I had multiple roof leaks. Andrew came over and gave me a fair estimate after completing a very thorough inspection. I checked a few other roofers but felt more comfortable with Andrew. He completed all the repairs and roof looks great. I will definitely call him again when it is time to replace the roof.

Washington Roofing services did good work on my place and Andrew is very responsive and knowledgeable. I had a roof done and mentioned I'd like to get gutters done someday to, so he gave me a quote for that as well. Glad he did, was all way more affordable then I thought and the roof and gutters together look great. I even asked for my ridge vent to be done a bit different and Andrew came out and re-did it the next day to my preferences. Very professional, definitely recommend.

Andrew’s crew put a new galvanized steel roof on an old building for us recently. They had to improvise a few repairs to make the roof straight enough for the sheeting. Everything looks pretty good.

Everyone wanted to replace my roof. No one except Washington roofing services wanted to temporary patch the hole before the snow came. They were the only ones that would replace the all of the broken trusses when the roof was replaced.

This is the best company for roofing. Andrew and his team were great and polite and did a wonderful job and cleaned up after each day. The roofing materials I cannot say enough positive things about. I am so pleased and I have been referring this company to everyone that needs a roof!

We interviewed multiple roofing companies and were VERY impressed by Andrew's knowledge and work ethic; it was obvious that he really cared about his craft unlike "salespeople" of larger companies. He had the lowest bid, but we would have chosen his company even if he had come in higher. Due to our winter weather, we had to wait for the new roof, and Andrew proactively communicated with us until the installation date. Our roof was over 20 years old and cedar shake, so he and his crew basically rebuilt the roof. Even our neighbors commented about how hard they worked for 3 solid days. It was impressive! After the initial installation of the roof and later the gutter installation by a subcontractor we had the house trim painted to match Andrews great job. Our painter caused some shingle damage when he fell off the roof and maybe the gutter subcontractor caused some shingle damage. Andrew stepped up and said he would cover the labor for the relatively minor repairs if I would cover the materials. No hassle or arguing about who did what. That is customer service!!! It was a great pleasure doing business with Andrew and the Washington Roofing Services Team last summer. Prior to our contract he brought us a bundle of every shingle color so my wife could decide if their colors would work. HIs bid for a roof replacement for our house and shop was extremely competitive. The work was excellent and done on time in spite of the challenges posed by the "heat wave". He personally did the complex sections of the job. Now that we have made it through the winter freeze and rains without a problem I give them the highest marks.

Amazing customer service!! Highly recommended this company! It was scary to have a damaged and exposed roof from a wind storm and then a snow storm on the way! Washington Roofing came out in Christmas Day to tarp and protect the entire house from the forecasted snow. I don’t know of many companies that would care for you like these guys… especially on a holiday like Christmas! The entire roof was replaced, skylights properly sealed, 3 sheets of new plywood, done professionally (even photos provided to show all damage and progress), amazing clean up and so kind! You will be disappointed if you go with anyone else!

I recently had an old shingle roof & gutters replaced on my Mom's house by Washington Roofing Services (Aug 2021). They were one of 4 bids I received. Washington Roofing Services was very quick to respond to my request for a quote. They provided the most thorough quote out of the 4. He did not try to up-sell me but did offer more than one option. Felt comfortable with Andrew (the owner/installer) right away. He was patient while I got my other bids and was taking my time to make my decision. Once I made the decision to go with Washington Roofing Services he was right on it at helping me. He was great at working with my HOA as I navigated their requests for pics & samples of the roofing product and even offered to help get the permit needed with the city to install a new roof. Once I was scheduled his team was on-time and worked very hard. They were all very polite and pleasant also. Andrew kept me updated on a daily basis with photos & texts. Since I was not living in the house it was helpful see the progress. They did a good job in cleaning up any debris. We really like the look of the new roof (so do the other neighbors!) Because I had not decided on the color of the gutters they didn't go on until about 3 wks later. Gutters look great & so does the clean-up. and their work on replacing our roof was impeccable! As first time homebuyers, we were nervous with such a huge expense right out of the gate and we had at least 10 local roofing companies come give us quotes for the job of replacing our roof and gutters. When Andrew came out, not only was he friendly and informative but he truly felt like he genuinely cared about his customers and the quality of his work, all while still offering very competitive pricing. During the actual tear off and install, the team went constantly ABOVE AND BEYOND to make the process even easier for us offering to do little touches that frankly they didn’t “have” to do (such as helping us cut an extra hole inside the house for a vent tube, getting in the attic to hook up ducting for us, offering to haul away some of our moving trash etc) but that they did willingly which just showed us the level of customer service they prioritize. We have already recommended them to multiple neighbors who were very impressed with how quickly they got the job done and will continue to tell anyone who asks us to call them immediately for any roofing needs.

I'm a very detail oriented person and when Andrew came to do the bid, he talked with me through every detail such as how he would do the install, why he would do certain things throughout the process, which materials he would use and why he uses those materials over others. It wasn't a sales pitch, it was a conversation and that's not what I got from some other bids. I had no doubt in my mind that he would be the best choice and that's why the decision to go with Andrew and Washington Roofing Services was so easy.

The hardest part of the whole experience was choosing which shingle to go with. We had a very aged shake roof, so any shingle would do, but we ultimately decided on the Malarkey Windsor line and boy does it look amazing!

The first thing you'll notice when the roofing process starts is that Andrew is up there doing the work alongside his crew, not just telling them what to do. Now that's how you run a business! You know you're going to get the best quality work and attention to every minor detail, though I have no doubt in my mind that his excellent crew that he has chosen couldn't do the same quality of work without him.

We have 2 kids and so it was very important that at the end of the day, we felt safe letting our kids go play outside without worrying about getting a nail, staple or something in their foot. The crew laid out large tarps around the whole house to ensure all loose debris would be caught and at the end of the day, a full cleanup is done including a full sweep of the area with a metal extractor to guarantee no stray nails were missed.

In the end, we have an amazing roof that we couldn't be more happy with. It's beautiful and makes our house look like an actual house now and this thing is going to last forever. I have and forever will refer anybody and everybody that is needing any roofing services, to Andrew.

I got 4 bids to replace my roof a few months back. Washington Roofing Services was the only business that provide a highly detailed quote with explanations of what the roof replacement would consist of, including pictures and options. They where also the most competitive bid and the communication from beginning to end was excellent. They came when they said they would and were here on time. Washington Roofing came out and fixed the flashing and roofing where the previous roofers didn’t do it right.

Andrew also helped me with the fascia and soffits that the roofer never came back to do. Since my house was built in 1908, they didn’t really have fascia boards liKe today’s houses.

His team worked on my house and put in a lot of hours, but every detail is perfect. With a house this old, lots of rot and inconsistent repairs by the owners made this a very difficult job.

After several estimates for roof replacement, skylight replacement and gutters, we chose Washington Roofing Service. Andrew came out to look over the job and it was immediately obvious that he knew what he was doing. Any question I had, he had a clear answer for. He walked me through the process from start to finish leaving me with a clear understanding of what his company offered and what to expect during the time his company was on site. I was convinced that a large amount of the wood sheeting under the shingles would need to be replaced. However, Andrew assured me that that was likely not the case. This came as a surprise, since every other estimator went ahead and included at least half and in some cases all of the roof sheeting in their bids. Honesty goes a long way and for Andrew to tell me that he suspected only a small number of sheets would be needed put his company at the top of my list. The materials that they use were definitely long lasting as well. Once the bids came in, WRS was a clear choice for us. Though they weren't the absolute cheapest bid, the quality of work that they had to offer was definitely worth the slightly higher cost. After all, you get what you pay for and I'm extremely satisfied with their work. All of the guys were friendly and efficient and I was amazed at how much they accomplished even on the first day. I guarantee that you won't be disappointed in this company. I hope l never have to replace another roof, but if I do, WRS will likely be the only company that I call.

This is a great company. We were very pleased with the work and professionalism of everyone on the project.

Andy replied quickly and took advantage of the daylight hours to to see the scope of the required repair work from falling branches caused by the January windstorm. His professional knowledge was apparent when he he informed me of the type of shingle that was used. We also had damage to our carport and, though metal may not be his bread and butter, he was also able to quickly identity the quantity that would be required. The next workable day, he was onsite and working. I noticed that at one time my home had a range hood vent and asked him if he could install that as well. I think the whole thing went a bit better than he was expecting, so he made sure to leave me with a clean roof and gutters. One less chore to get done! Washington Roofing Services is amazing. We requested to have our skylights evaluated and repaired to fix another local companies very poor workmanship. The skylights were leaking and the previous installer refused to come out to repair unless they charged us. They blamed the problems on debris on the roof even though we had the roof cleaned two to three times a year.
Washington Roofing Services owner (Andrew Pace) immediately identified the problem. Andrew is extremely professional, courteous and knowledgable. He was on time and always kept us informed. He was onsite with two employees the entire time. His finished product is meticulous and looks fantastic. We are very pleased and thankful. Excellent service! I contacted the owner about a leak we had found but wanted an estimate on a roof (ours was 30+ years old). He made time to stop by and not only provide an estimate but got the leak temporarily fixed. The pricing was fair and the products used top notch. Once we agreed to the estimate the work was done ahead of schedule. It gave us peace of mind as poor weather was on the way. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and have seen the steady decline in said field. That is not the case with Washington roofing services. They went above and beyond my expectation throughout the process. Highly recommend!

My second great experience with this company! I had a small issue, needed new fan vent covers. My job was treated with priority as if the whole roof was being replaces! When they found an issue with the original roofing adhesive they worked quickly to address it and replaced a major part of our roof with all new materials. We are so grateful! Washington Roofing Services made the process stress-free, and Andrew and his team quickly completed a beautiful re-roofing job for our new home. We had received multiple bids for this job, but after speaking with Andrew the choice was immediately clear to go with his company. Andrew was very responsive, patient and helpful in explaining to us all the steps, as well as details about the materials themselves and warranty options. We really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to explain the process and present us with choices. Not only did his initial bid help us in negotiating with the previous owners while closing on the home, the final price was even less than the estimate indicated. Overall, always fair and transparent! His crew was hard-working, kind, and they did an above and beyond job cleaning up all the nails and debris.
