We had a ventilation issue that we noticed up in our attic space that led to several issues. We called S&S roofing and expressed our concerns and they were so accommodating and were willing to fix the issues immediately. Shane was so kind and understanding of the situation and immediately went to scheduling to get the job fixed ASAP. He really went above and beyond to help out our family of 4. It became quickly very apparent to us that not only does this company really stand behind their name and work but that they have a heart too and are a hometown family owned business that really does care about the famlies they serve. Shane came out and provided me a solid estimate on a little repair work to one of the valleys on my roof. The unfortunate thing was once they peeled back the onion we found a lot more damage than what was anticipated. Shane gave me a great price for the additional work and honestly felt bad this had happened. His crew completed all the work in a timely manner and was very respectful of my property. Exceptional work. Quick completion. Our roof replacement happened in January with frost in the mornings and hardly above freezing during the day. This crew powered through and even worked after dark in our short winter daylight hours. Darkness at the end of the day did not stop this crew from keeping a clean site at the end of each day. The complete roof looks fantastic.

Great service, great work. Used S&S to replace my entire roof last year and they just came back out to repair some damage from the last wind storm. Would recommend and use them again - although hopefully won’t need to for a long time.

When S&S came to install a sun tunnel in my bathroom they discovered what I had suspected, my roof needed replacing. So they quickly tarped the roof to prevent further damage and put me on the schedule. Shane came out to assess the roof so he could give me an accurate estimate and we discussed the work to be done, the materials options and my budget. During the wait to get started on the roof a storm blew thru and tore up part of the tarp. S&S sent someone out that day to affix the tarp back to the roof. Shane came back to verify the tarp was down and I asked him about some sort of portico over the front entry. Later he introduced me to an experienced carpenter who built the portico. Once the actual removal of the roof began Shane notified me the process might take longer and cost a little more because there were 2 layers of shingles on the roof, then he quoted me a reasonable price for this change order. While the roof was being repaired and shingled, Shane came by or called to check on the progress and keep me apprised of the timeline. Once the roof was done, he arranged for the gutters/downspouts to be replaced. Oh, and they put in the sun tunnel. All this AND they kept the job site clean and cared for my plants.

I am extremely happy with the workmanship, materials and, above all, the customer service. It is no wonder they have earned Best in Western Washington awards multiple times and are busy. Everyone from the roofers to the office staff are professional, responsive, courteous and show genuine concern for the customer. I feel fortunate to have had S&S work on my house and would recommend them highly.

Beyond happy with the roofing job done by S&S! They came out and assessed the roof, gave us a bid on the spot, super fast! They gave us a heads up on some items that may add an additional cost once the roof came off, so we wouldn't be surprised. They were on time and efficient, they also did AN AMAZING job everyday during the roofing party to make sure the job site was cleaned up and spotless before they went home. They would go around with a magnet broom to ensure there were no nails left on the ground and also picked up any debris or materials. The roof was torn off and reroofed in just 3 days. Outstanding experience working with this company. The owner himself came out to discuss and bid the job and helped me make the right decisions to do the roof for my Moms house the way he would have done his own house. The people in the office are very friendly and helpful. The crew that came out to do my roof was a small family team, father/son/cousin, who spoke English and talked through multiple details with me. The work they did was not fast compared to some crews I’ve seen, but the end result is the sharpest, tightest roof I have ever seen. The first day of roofing was a little delayed due to the crew wrapping up at a previous job, this could have been communicated better, but it didn’t take me long to forgive and understand that this team was so detail oriented and would never sacrifice quality to save time even if it meant they were late to the next job. We are so pleased and have zero concerns which is such a nice feeling. I can’t wait to have them do the roof on my house.

We obtained several bids before deciding to go with S&S, they weren't the least expensive nor the most expensive but we feel they were the best! The communication and scheduling from the office gals was great, accountable with no surprises! The roofers were on time, worked full days, and cleaned up each day! A welcome surprise was a week after completion they had a supervisor walk the job to ensure everything was completed to their and our satisfaction!! Excellent Service at a Reasonable Price. Our original roof was coming on 25 years old. We got 3 bids. S & S offered the best price. They got the job done ON TIME / ON PRICE and left our property cleaner than when they started.

I wish I could leave a six star rating because they earned it. My first interaction was with Shane, the owner, he could not have been more helpful and transparent. He made me aware my old roof might still be covered under warranty and they took care of the entire claim process.

When it came time to take off the old roof and put on the new the crew was very courteous and professional. They cleaned up every night and very thoroughly when the job was complete. The new roof looks great and is a huge improvement over the original. I could not recommend S&S Roofing more highly. I won’t hesitate referring my friends and family.

From start to finish, S&S has been amazing in their ability to be transparent, honest, and absolutely fair in all they do.
