Orlando and Lidia's team were awesome. We were having a full roof replacement and gutter replacement, including all facia. I completed several quotes and interviews with different companies and I chose Orlando's because they were one of the few companies that actually got on the roof to see if we had any issues and ensure they knew what it would take for the job. They pointed out challenges we were likely going to have and made suggestions that helped the end job look more beautiful. The price was reasonable, their communication was awesome. They answered many questions and came out to the house several times to help us decide on how to proceed. They communicated via phone, text and email, which was much appreciated. The crew was hardworking and dilligent about making sure they did a quality job. This kind of job is stressful, but they lowered my stress and I felt more confident about their work. We’ve used Orlando's Pro Roofing team for two separate jobs—one residential roof replacement and another roof and gutter installation. In both cases, the experience was excellent. The crew worked consistently and tirelessly, living up to their dead line they set for themselves. They left our area very clean and cleaned up everyday.

Orlando's is great. We had a leak and they came out immediately and got it fixed for a very fair price and did excellent work. After the leak we got a new roof put on through them, during that job they were exceedingly polite, professional, and clean and once more did excellent work completing the job in roughly 2 days. Once the work was done they made sure to cleanup and ran one of those rolling magnets over the whole yard around the house, we didn't find a single nail left behind. Would definitely use them again and whole heartedly recommend them.

They contacted me frequently to update me and check in about the progress, and -- this is really key -- came in on their original estimate and had no hidden surprise costs. They always got back to me the same day and reassured me that they would do everything they could to fix my roof. The service was very fast, effective, and I was reassured at every point. I only have positive things to say about Orlando's Pro Roofing. Orlando came out to give me an estimate concerning the leak in the garage as requested. Orlando even checked my attic for leaks. Orlando discovered 7 vents and 3 of them were leaking and causing mold. I was not aware of it but Orlando took pictures to show proof. I was impressed with his attention to details and thorough inspection. Orlando is honest, knowledgeable and his pricing is competitive. He went above and beyond my expectations. Of course, I hired Orlando's Pro Roofing to do the job. Orlando and his team did an exceptional work on repairing the leaks and demonstrated masterful performance. The vents were replace and mold removed. They installed a downspout extension from the upper gutter to the lower gutter above my garage to ensure proper water drainage and to prevent water from accumulating on the roof. This helped to rectified the main problem with the garage. Orlando and Lydia's communication with me was outstanding. Lydia was the person who handle a lot of the emails, paperwork and communication back and forth. She excelled in great customer service and is very thorough with the paper work. I believe we asked Orlando and team to replace our roof about 4-5 years ago, it was when he was just getting his roofing business going. He had been recommended by a neighbor, His bid was under other roofing companies using same materials. We chose Orlando and have not regretted it. They did a fantastic job on our 124 year old house at very affordable rate using quality materials. His crew was polite, fast, hardworking and efficient. Their cleanup afterward was very thorough. Orlando and Lidia's communication with us ...Exceptional ! Orlando discovered a problem with our old brick Chimney...brought it to my attention, we negotiated an extremely reasonable price for materials and labor, and he got on the roof himself and made the repair. No leaks, no moss, and no problems.

A customers experience with the company, starts with the office and the answering of calls. Lidia, the office manager, is extremely cordial, helpful, and compassionate. She made sure to schedule urgent matters as quickly as possible, and Orlando and his crew even showed up on a Saturday to make sure roofing issues were taken care of, before extreme weather moved in. Orlando Pro Roofing put a new roof on our house in November, and I can’t say enough good about this company! They were able to get it all done in 3 days, and on short notice no less! The were quick, efficient, clean, thoughtful and the price was very manageable (as much as a new roof can be). They were able to replace plywood that was rotten and leaking, install more vents, and replaced all the pipes and such that was up there before. So very happy we went through this company! A few days before the cyclone bomb hit, water began coming down through a ceiling fan. Everyone was booked. When I called Orlando's, Lidia said Orlando would come as soon as he finished his current job. Not only did Orlando inspect my entire roof and take photos to show me concerns, he replaced the vent flapper and hosing. I will be scheduling a new roof next year with Orlando's.

June 2025 update: Orlando's Pro Roofing replaced my roof last week. A few weeks ago, Orlando and Lidia came to my house so Orlando could complete a bid, and Lidia offered my options for shingles and explained the process. After removing the existing shingles, it was clear my existing roof had quite a few issues. They provided photos of the damage found and an explanation of what the repair would entail. Lidia communicated with me each day to see if I had any questions or concerns. The new roof is better than I had imagined. Each evening, all of their equipment and supplies were neatly secured, and upon completion, everything was cleaned up. All of my landscaping around the house was protected during the process. Orlando's Pro Roofing is professional, while sharing the concerns of a homeowner faced with a major home project.

We have a cement tile roof, which was near impossible to find someone to work on. It started leaking and I called around trying to find a place that could work on it. Not only was Orlando's Pro Roofing able to do the work, they came out right away and worked with our crazy schedules to get it fixed as soon as possible. I was expecting it to take several weeks, but they got it fixed as soon as the tiles came in. I was incredibly impressed and appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile and come out on the weekend to get it done because we were about to enter a rainy week. They do care about their work, and it shows. A+, would recommend. It is such a relief to not be concerned about water coming into our house.

My new roof is Beautiful. Orlando was the lowest bid I received, and though there was more rotted wood than I expected it was replaced at a much lower cost than I had expected. Everything was cleaned up afterward. Lidia was also a pleasure to deal with. Everything was completed in 3 day's, Hardest worker's I've seen.

I need to get my roof done ASAP. It took me longer to make a decision so slot was taken by the time the decision was made. Lidia was able to get Orlando to put in a full crew plus additional help to make it happen on time. Very appreciate the effort. Highly recommended.

Orlando and his wife Lydia were amazing. My wife and I were going to buy a house and due to a concerning inspection report, we needed to get the roof evaluated. Orlando came the same day and told us the roof was in bad shape and showed us exactly what was wrong with it. This evaluation was free and contributed to us not buying the house.

When we ultimately bought a house, we hired Orlando. They did a terrific job and were extremely affordable. Communication was great and they were so friendly. Lydia even agreed to pick up my wife and drive her to the house so she could evaluate different roof colors, which was out of her way by at least 45 minutes. Orlando also installed gutters and two sky tunnels which look fabulous.

We needed all new plywood and 3-tab to replace an old, leaking roof. Orlando and his team showed up early and did everything that they said they would. The new roof looks great and the area around the house looks clean. They charged exactly what they said they would, which was better than many other roofers, and I am pleased with what they did.

Orlando and his entire crew, from the front office to the guys on the roof, were great! We had a leak and after a well known company turned down the work because it was "too small a job for us", I called Orlando He came out, did a complete inspection of the roof and attic, gave detailed information about what was needed and what he would do, and scheduled the work for less than a week away.

Orlando’s Pro Roofing did a superb job on my roof. They cleaned up every day, showed every day at the designated time (7:30) and worked till about 7 to 7:30pm. Orlando kept us informed at the end of each day and what was scheduled for the next day. They finished the job in 4 days (house, 2 car garage & 1 car garage). He also had the gutter company on site 2 days later.
