Last spring, my wife and I renovated the kitchen in our townhome. New cabinets, countertops, flooring and backsplash put in. We reached out to several contractors before finding JMP Construction of Leominster to be the most reasonable. It was important to stay on budget and complete the job within the expected timeframe. We found working with him and his team very easy with no unexpected problems that came up. They took care of everything besides the plumbing which made the project run smoothly. We love our new kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate working with JMP Construction on other home improvement projects in the future.

JMP construction recently completed a staircase at my home. I must say Jay & his crew members were very professional, they had the materials ordered in advance, & his pricing was the best quote I had from other nearby contractors for a good such as this. Him & his crew worked quicky, but yet paid attention to the smaller details. They were also very polite, & the job site itself was kept neat. I have a few other house projects on the horizon, & will be calling JMP back for further work on my property.

We took a recommendation to use JMP....we were told by a friend JMP saved them from a structural disaster that someone else had created!! Can you even imagine.

So we met for an estimate.. and went with them..

There was good communication throughout the job. Work was finished on time.. each step of the way.
No mess left behind what so ever..bottom line we passed inspection with zero issues.. Neighbors loved the deck when we bbq'd.. and the wife has been quite happy since..

They have my work any day.

Jay was very responsive. And easy to deal with he treated the mold and was very professional. He explain to us what the best route was to go, and did his best to save us money and work with our budget. He also was able to get the job done before our baby was born so that we had the extra room in the house for our newborn highly recommended.

I hired JMP Construction to complete a large exterior renovation of my home. Cedar shake siding, soffits, moldings, painting, etc. He was the fourth contractor I hired, after three previous contractors failed to complete the job over two years, which had left the exterior of my house in shambles.

Jason, the owner, was honest with his assessment of the project and more than fair with his pricing. He gave me receipts of the materials he bought and completed the work in a timely manner.
The quality of work was very good. Jason also made alterations to the job as I requested them and finished off the inside of my exterior porch with better materials than I had requested. Going the extra mile.

An exterior support post was to be installed to help support an overhang over my back steps. Pressure treated posts of the size needed were nowhere in stock. Jason returned to my home long after the rest of the job was completed and after he had already been paid in full, to install this post. That is commitment to doing a job right and seeing it through to completion.

I would recommend JMP Construction and plan to use his services again when I have work done on the interior of my home.

Jay recently completed a major renovation at our home. He was always available to answer our questions and consistently walked us through every step of the renovation. He came in very close to his original quote and led a great team of subs through the process. It came out amazing and we would definitely use Jay and his team again. Shout out to Eddie and Dan for all of there hard work too.

Jay did an awesome job fixing a major structural problem in my house. He was exactly on budget and in the time frame he quoted. Jay does excellent quality work with attention to detail. Very reasonable pricing!! I will definitely use him again!

Jason and his team helped to assist us when another contractors poor quality of work left us in a bad situation. He immediately targeted the problem and came up with a cost effective resolution. He was efficient, professional and reliable. His is very knowledgeable at his trade.

Great work at a very fair price. He came the day I called and fixed the hole in my roof the next day.

Very professional does good work shows up on time helped me out in a pinch siding my house. Very reliable.

I had him come to my dad's house and replace the floor, very professional and courteous to everyone. Had the job done in time and under budget and we couldn't be happier with the result!

I was verbally berated after skylight wood pieces and roof shingles fell into the toilet/all over bathroom in my apartment and I repeatedly asked them to stop working that section. Very unprofessional, and disrespectful. I am just glad my children weren't home to hear all the swears he said to me.

I wish that when a roofer/contractor doesn't want to do your job, they should just say so. I know roofers are in short supply after the New England winter we just had, but getting someone to come out was harder than pulling teeth. We had a small job, some flashing and a gutter pulled down due to ice. We needed the gutter removed and the flashing replaced, on one side of the house only. His crew came, worked, and my husband paid them (albeit, he was too busy to check that the work was done). One piece of flashing was not replaced. Jason swore that it was, when anyone could tell by looking at it that it wasn't there. Pulled teeth again to get him to come back. He came by, when no one was home, and texted me that it was not missing and I had wasted his time. Fast forward to today, paying another roofer to replace that flashing and fix 2 shingles that Jason's crew had put a hole in. My advice, if you're guying to hire this company, get a quote in writing describing the work to be done in detail, and then make sure that it is done before you pay. Caveat emptor.
