Starting from the top with the owner John, and his entire staff, they have provided nothing less than excellent customer service. As a repeat customer, I initially used Countrywide in 2005 and now in 2023. When storms occur that usually attract a lot of fly by night roofing companies; however Countrywide is local and still in business and that’s because of the quality of work and excellent service which they provide. I want to personally thank John and his entire staff for being there once again for me. Thanks Countrywide!!!

Most professional and kindness in a company that I haven’t seen in years! They do exactly what they say and always available for you with any questions! The entire company employees are trained so well, if they don’t have an answer they will get it for you immediately! It was an enjoyable experience even though replacing an entire roof is not easy if not done by professionals! Two years ago, Louisiana was slammed with TWO Category 5 hurricanes within two months and in between that we had a severe tropical storm! My roof sustained major damage and caused flooding inside my home. I was fortunate enough to have Tony Cerniglia as my neighbor! His family owns Countrywide Roofing and I can tell you that he also sustained major damage to his own home but he put tarps on his roof and started helping me repair my roof! I am a widowed and disabled mom of two little ones. I told Tony and Countrywide that I was not sure when State Farm would pay them! They said "do not worry about that! We deal with every type of insurance company and we want you and the kids to be safe!" Less then a month later I had a brand new roof! They took away all of the debris and worked around the clock to help so many of us that were in dire straits! They took care of all of the correspondence with State Farm providing them with everything that they needed! I didn't have to pay one penny out of pocket! Countrywide Roofing ended up doing the repairs/replacements to the majority of our city and state! Two years later, I can honestly say that my roof is solid and I have had NO ISSUES since they repaired everything! They are honest, fair and if I ever have issues I know where to find them because they have been in business for many years in the same area! They are currently in Florida due to the recent devastation of hurricane Ian! They go where they are needed but unlike other "estimates" that I received after my home was devastated, Countrywide was VERY fair in their pricing! State Farm paid 100% and it was a huge load off of my mind. Thank you and trust me that you can't go wrong with Countrywide Roofing!

Highly recommended. They helped me every step of the way dealing with my insurance company. They did my roof in one day like they said they would and were always available by phone every time I needed them. True professionals.

Countrywide Roofing was great from start to finish. John was easy to work with and helped us first-time-homeowners with all of our many questions about the roofing process. He brought shingle samples over to our house to help us decide on a color and offered suggestions. On the day of the installation, the work crew showed up early and worked all day long. They returned the next day and finished up. They cleaned around our home for nails and other building materials. We love the way our new roof looks and feels and are so glad we chose Countrywide!

Countrywide Roofing did an excellent job of dealing with our insurance company after Hurricane Ida. They convinced our insurance company that our entire roof had damage and should be replaced. The insurance company discussed the situation with Countrywide and finally agreed to replace the whole roof. Countrywide's crew arrived at my home with a full crew (approx. 10 workers) and removed and replace my roof in two days. This is a 50 square roof! My wife and I are very thankful to John and his crew at Countrywide Roofing. They were highly professional, both in their dealings with us and with the work they performed. We would highly recommend Countrywide Roofing!

Tony @ Countrywide was the best customer service experience I've ever had with home repairs. He explained the whole process clearly and supported all claims with the proper documentation. Countrywide worked with my schedule to get the roof installed and Tony was present during and after the job to inspect the quality, completeness, and cleanup of the roof installation.

I am very pleased with my new roof from Countrywide. They are professional, organized and finished the job a lot quicker than I had anticipated it would take. I will definitely refer them to my family and friends.
