JTL & Victor are amazing!!!! We have 13 different locations in Cuyahoga County of luxury Commercial Real Estate and they do our buildout with our new tenants to create everything that they need. Chuck and his crew were amazing! We had already contracted with someone who ghosted us and been out of a home for far too long. Chuck went over my plans, discussed with me what needed to change and gave me options. We were able to agree to terms rather quickly and they jumped right on our build. Just a few short months later they are done with their portion of the build and continue to support me should I need any further help. We recommend JLT 100% and will use them for future projects as well as refer them to anyone in the area looking. The people leaving bad reviews need to have an understanding before going into a build that they need to plan ahead and be prepared for planning dept delays as well as understanding most of not all contractors in our area are scheduled out quite a bit. Thank you JLT we love our new home.

I called for an appointment. It was scheduled. On appointment day I was called and told that something came up and I would be called to reschedule. After not receiving a call I made multiple attempts to call and reschedule. After approximately 2 weeks I received a text saying the spot they were going to put me in was filled. I waited 3 weeks to be told, too bad. That is very unprofessional.
