Great contractor who does great work. He is enjoyable to work with and is very responsive. I would recommend JLS for any project that you want to be done right the first time.

Fire is cruel and left us emotionally and literally picking up the pieces. Thankfully we had Colleen, Jordan, and the whole JLS crew come to our rescue. They patiently helped us navigate the world of loss, clearly communicated our options, and proficiently rebuilt our world. After our kitchen flooded we hired JLS to bring it back to its beautiful before, the team worked with our schedule and successfully weaved new hardwood flooring into our existing floor, installed new trim and matched the paint to our existing cabinets. Our kitchen has been restored and we are very thankful.

Jordan and his team were prompt, offered a fair price, and most importantly, provided an excellent product within a few days of meeting. We have already began discussing another job for me. Would definitely recommend JLS.

Jordan and his team installed two dog doors for us in our metal doors. One was simple door and the other electronic. They did the job to perfection and are simply great people!!

JLS Consulting transformed our kitchen into a stunning masterpiece! Jordan and Colleen were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. It was such a pleasure having JLS come in to repair and remodel my home and watching the transformation from one end to the other. Jordan and the crew are professional, courteous, and dedicated to perfection, yet open to suggestions. They made every effort to give me exactly what I wanted. When I was uncertain and asked for suggestions, I trusted their recommendations and am happy with the results. For my extensive remodel, the projected completion date was 7 weeks but was finished in 6. They even returned after the job was complete for an additional small adjustment that I requested. The major portion of the work consisted of new floors throughout, which meant removal of carpeting, vinyl and laminate flooring, replacing with Luxury Vinyl Plank, which made a huge difference, and modernized my home. A completely new bathroom and kitchen, replacing the heavily damaged existing rooms, turned out exactly as I the vision I had. The JLS crew is hard working, efficient, and cleans up after each day's work. They recognized that I was living here during the time it took to complete the job and were very respectful of my home and me. Thank you, Jordan, Dre, Jack, Chris and Joey! When my wife and I started taking about making a fancy hot tub room. JLS was referred to us by a couple friends. They show up with multiple plans of your ideas. Offering a 3 tier price range. Then allowing you to pick and choose from all three. If there were some things you like from one option and not the other.

The JLS crew were all super friendly, very hard working and professional. Communication was great! There was a time during our build, my wife and I didn’t like one of the contractors they brought out. I voiced my concern to Jordan (JLS). They instantly got me set up with new painters. No questions asked, no hassle.

Like any build, as we went through the process. My wife wanted little changes here and there. Then she asked for extras that were not a part of our initial plan. Quite a few extras. Jordan and his team happily accommodated all her requests. Also, made the requests better than we could have imagined. I should add, these requests were not small.

Another thing I should note. This is a big deal to me and maybe to others. But, I have my wife and daughter here all day. Often, with me out of town. The workers were always professional towards my girls. Both my wife and daughter enjoyed talking to the crew and never felt uncomfortable with these men. No one in that crew talked over or made my girls feel less than for asking questions. They would stop and do their best to answer any questions or concerns. I’d give this crew 10 stars if it allowed.

Jordan’s team did a great job for us. Chris, Dre, Jack, and Joey became friends over the project with their senses of humor and warmth. We appreciate the level of detail and focus the JLS team brought to our project. We’d highly recommend this outfit to anyone looking for home remodel/rennovation work to be done to the highest degree of quality.

JLS is consistently delivering quality work. We have used them on different projects on our rentals and our own home. Effective communication, timely and the quality of work is nothing less than stellar.
The cost is less than anticipated each time we have gotten a bid from them. Their prices are reasonable which is appreciated.
They are knowledgeable with permitting processes which was a blessing after working with a different company who lacked this knowledge and was unable to help us get our permit for an addition. We started over with JLS. They gave us a bid, took on the project and had a permit within weeks!
This is a small locally owned business ran by a husband and wife team. I hope they never stop delivering the quality and timeliness that they are producing now.

JLS and his team did a bathroom remodel and some drywall work for us. The tile work work they did was very beautiful! Really nice group of people he contracts with and has on his team.

We started an addition on to our house and we were seeking a contractor to help coordinate the process forward.

After seeking 3 proposals for the project, JLS came in and said they could do the work for us and not charge $200,000+ for the project. Now this addition was a large addition, 1500 square feet added onto the house that is livable and another 300 for a 3rd bay.

The construction went so smooth. Their workers are very friendly and accommodating. It was a joy to hear them sing while listening to Britney or other 90's and 2000 bands. The interaction between them and my daughters were always considerate and appropriate.

Even when there were a couple questions and a couple missed sections, the fixes and changes were handled within a day.

I would thoroughly recommend them for any of the projects big or small.

Jordan and Chris replaced our upstairs stairway, put in laminate flooring in two big bedrooms, and put outdoor laminate on the bedroom deck. Impressed with their high quality work on all aspects of the work preformed. They were very professional and punctual on their scheduled work days. They have been the best contractors to work with, they went the extra mile for us. Couldn't have hired a better contractor. I will be using their company for all future projects and highly recommend them.

They removed tile floor, replaced our broken slider with French doors, removed walls to open up the space and built a beautiful patio cover. JLS did a fabulous job re-tiling our bathroom! They got the entire job done in 2 days. I was incredibly impressed by their skill and attention to detail. We used JLS to build a pergola to extend our back patio. They did an excellent job!!! It turned out so beautiful. They also designed and built a unique privacy wall that we couldn't be happier with. Jordan and Jack arrived on time and assembled a Gazebo I had purchased from Costco. It was definitely a two man job, which was very tedious with hundreds of parts and fasteners. Looks great and I’m very happy with result and their professionalism.
