I used him because of the high reviews. The work was going ok, not great quality, but cheap initial quote. He never seemed like he had a plan and did a lot of random things I did not want and he had to redo. He did not do a lot of things I asked him specifically to do. He then randomly showed up asking to be paid in full prior to job completion. Against my better judgement, I paid him and he has not returned to finish the job despite my calls. I will be using another contractor to finish the job JLM started.

Had a roof leak that made a water stain in my kids bedroom. JLM said they would fix the leak for $200. They told me they would send someone out but never did. After repeated calls they kept giving me the runaround by saying "I'll have someone out there tomorrow", but no one would ever show up. Now the problem Is even worse because it has since rained while looking for another company to fix this. These guys can't even keep their word! AVOID!!
