- He revamped the entire property with original charm.
- Very pleased with how fast and professional these guys were.
- Replaced drywall and water heater neatly and clean.
- The person who hired me never paid me for the work I did for them.
- It's not okay to do that to somebody who did the work for them.
- I'm so disappointed.

I hired Jaime in January of 2019 to completely restore my great grandmothers home that has been in our family for over 160 years. I explained to him how sentimental the property was and what it meant to our family. Jaime understood and gave me a brand new home. It still has all the original charm of my great grandmothers home but now it’s chic and modern. He revamped the entire property. Replaced all of the floor coverings, insulated all the walls, added a heat pump new siding and a bright red tin roof. From start to finish he was reliable, prompt and professional. I had such a great experience I hired him in February 2020 to replace the exterior doors and add a closet to my current residence. As expected I had another fabulous experience.

Very pleased with how fast and professional these guy were. Replaced drywall and water heater neatly and clean. Would definitely use them again and recommend

The person who hired me never paid me for the work I did for them. This is so unfair at all! It’s not okay to do that to somebody who did the work for them and never paid afterward. After all the hard work not counting all the cost for the supplies and labor. So please if you guys don’t want to receive negative review. Just don’t be cheap about paying people like me. This is so wrong on so many level. The person who hired me should be responsible for paying and not stealing. I’m so disappointed. I was going to recommend this company to the people that I know that needed construction done in their house but the way the person who hired and treated me I’m just going to not go with this company it’s just unfair and wrong.

Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
