We tried getting our roof done awhile ago. Insurance was a no go. Recently, we met Jonnel and Jacob, they were awesome. We got approved to get our roof done. Although, there were many speed bumps with the insurance throughout the whole process, these guys kept by our side. They were so helpful and determined to get my roof taken care of. We appreciate them so much. We have a new roof. We are so happy with the outcome. Their team did a fine job, even in this terrible heat. Thank you all so much. ❤️

Home emergencies are inherently overwhelming and all consuming. Often times you really aren't sure where to start and who to trust. After starting with a few other companies I opted to give Jonnel and Jacob a shot...I am glad I did. The amount of leg work these two did for our cabin without even being guaranteed the job was unbelievable. Why? What's the point? Well, they care. They actually care. Of course the risk is once a contractor is guaranteed the job, does that same level of service and commitment still exist? With these gents it did. The amount of constant communication and check-ins I received were next level. I was kept up to date with insurance progress, next steps, job progress, etc. more than any contractor I have ever worked with.

The job ultimately didn't go through insurance, which we are fighting, but JJ Roofing came through with an extremely fair quote that was comparable to others I received.

I recommend this company to anyone who wants not only quality workmanship, but top notch communication and true customer advocacy.
