J & J Premier Construction did a great job on two project for us. They repaired the threshold to our dining room which had some wood rot. They were very fast workers and did a beautiful job installing the tile to replace the wood floor that had to be removed. They replaced part of the door jamb and fixed the flashing.

We also had them build a roof for our back patio. It will keep the dining room entrance dry and provides a great all-weather outdoor space for us to use throughout the year. It’s sturdy and José helped us pick durable/low-maintenance materials.

Their team works hard to create great value for the price. Highly recommend!

We found some rot in the house we bought recently and decided to get some quotes. After looking around for quite a while I found out about J&J Premier Construction.
Jose was very clear about the breakdown of the work we needed to get done, provided a detailed estimate and timeline for the project. Sure enough he kept the timeline and completed the work very efficiently and left our home clean after the job.

Great company. On time, efficient, great with quality installation and clean up. They came in right on the estimate which was $900 less than the next bid. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a roof.
