Called to get the roof and gutters cleaned. He did a good job and was able to take care of a few other items as well, such as trimming a tree branch that was making contact with the house.

Romeo was excellent. He gave me a bid over the phone cause he was trying to fit me in quickly! When he got here, he had to explain that the moss was much more extensive than the google pic showed. As I cried, he was kind and upbeat about how he would handle it. No worries. He had it. And his thoroughness and thoughtfulness of going the extra mile, kept my spirits up. I was referred to Superior from a coworker. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. From the first minute I talked to Romel on the phone I could tell his attention to customer service and details were excellent. At time of service he showed up on time, extremely polite, and listened to what I had to say. He had very clear communication, made quick work of our gutter cleaning, treated the roof with moss preventer, and impeccably cleaned up the entire perimeter of the house. This is someone who still takes pride in, and gets satisfaction from doing a GREAT job.
