The crew did an excellent job repairing our roof without over charging. The pictures I’ve listed are of the sections that were deteriorating and are now brand new. They could have easily said the entire roof needed to be replaced but didn’t. We’re very happy with their work and will use them in the future.

As a homeowner who purchased a 1950s Duplex in NE Portland in 2020 with a 6 yr old TPO roof and a warranty when I experienced a flood after a big snow in Feb 2021 I had to hire an attorney when the original roofer who clearly did not know how to install a membrane roof and was unable to offer a suitable solution for repair. I needed a new roof $$$. I went on to meditate and win enough to get my new roof. But realized the importance of hiring a roofer to do a full tear-off and a new roof. I hired MJC Roofing after meeting the owner, Mario Jimenez who I found to be extremely knowledgeable and kind. I felt in really good hands. I found his bid very well written and once work began, which did take a couple of months longer than we thought due to material shortages, he and his crew (several are family) showed up, and got my roof done. With each day the work went on, they showed up, on time and worked long hours, and cleaned up thoroughly each day- these guys are the real deal. I will add that with the scorching hot day we had on June 27th, my house stayed cool and comfortable due to the great roof insulation Mario recommended! I cannot say enough about how great they made a very scary time for me. My anxiety is gone and I say bring on the rains!

I don't normally write reviews But when a company like this goes above and beyond to make this the best experience possible i have to go out of my way to make sure they receive the credit they deserve ! Mario came out did a assessment gave me a price that was significantly cheaper than the competitors providing me with a excellent value !!
After confirming the bid they were quick to get scheduled before the rainy season started they came out and did a tear out the first day and were completely done and cleaned up by day three leaving my property nail and staple free !! During the tear out they found almost 40 sheets of ply wood that had black mold they were quick to make sure i knew it had to be replaced and ensured my family was safe!

I had Mario and his crew out to replace a flat, second story deck. Water had been leaking through to my first floor. Figured a roofing company would do a good job, treating it essentially like a flat roof with the associated drainage problems. Mario and his guys were extremely professional, gave me a great price, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and even did me a few extra favors I needed done around the house. The final product is exactly what I need and should keep from leaking for many years. Thanks guys!!

MJC Roofing LLC was available immediately to come out to my home and inspect a perceived problem I noticed on my roofs ridge cap. They examined the roof top and assured me it had been installed as required to vent a vaulted interior ceiling. This was done as a courtesy without a minimum charge to do so. I recommend this company highly!

Mario and crew did such an amazing job! My roof was finished in 1 day! So professional and the clean up was great you couldn't even tell they were there. I highly recommend this company. The price, and workmanship were top notch. Beautifully done. I'm beyond satisfied.

I'm so happy with my new roof, and so relieved that we could get it done in the current situation (pandemic apocalypse), which did cause a slight delay in getting started, but Crystal kept me informed and updated every step of the way. Plus she just has a wonderful phone manner, very pleasant to speak to. When the day arrived, Mario and his crew showed up good and early and worked all day for two days to put the new roof on, complete with some extra vents. The crew seems very tight knit, they work well together, get along and make each other laugh. They swept and raked and cleaned up at the end, and the place looked better than it had before they got here! The company even reimbursed me for the charge from DirecTV to reinstall the dish that the roofers had to take down, and I really appreciated that. All in all, high quality work, professionally done. (Sorry I can't show a better picture, I've only taken a shot of the garage so far.)

Mario and his wife Crystal were a pleasure to work with. They were very responsive in submitting a bid for our roof late in the season and we found their prices to be very fair for the quality of the roofing product we selected. Communication was timely and responsive and the crew did a wonderful job with the re-roof as well as the roof on the new addition. They worked hard to make sure we beat the weather window we were worried about and the new roof is beautiful! Exceptional company to work with. I’m so glad that I choose MJC roofing to do my roof. They were not the lowest bid nor were they the highest. We decided to add a skylight to our finished garage and MJC Roofing did a great job. From start to finish the experience was hassle free. Worth every penny and definitely recommend!

Would highly recommend this company if you need a new roof. They weren’t the cheapest and I definitely got higher bids too but we chose them because we felt they were the most up front and honest. And we were right. Big weight off our shoulders.
