Sewer Daddy

This company was recommended to me by a friend who recently used them. They showed up within a few hours of me calling. Two guys, named Tyler, were both professional and straight to the point. They were able to clear a big clog my floor drain pipe in my basement pretty quickly. They stated the prices up front for the different services they provide, which were reasonable. I am very satisfied with Tri County Drain Specialist/ Sewer Daddy. I will recommended and use them again in the future if needed. 5 ⭐️

I received the run around from the company for the last week. They are also Tri-County. I first contacted Tri-County, then Sewer Daddy when I did not receive even as much as a call back. The person who answered for Sewer Daddy informed me they were one and the same, promised someone would be out to finish working on it. I called off from work, losing money, because I have had no water for over a week now. They never showed up or answered my calls. I finally got a hold of a completely different company that resolved my issue in a matter of minutes. Sewer Daddy told me it was a collapsed sewage line with a hard blockage. The new plumbers I had come out, cleared my line in no time flat and ran a camera through with absolutely no sign of collapse.

Shadd and the team at Tri-County Drain Specialists, LLC did an amazing job! They were highly professional, responded quickly, and got right to work when we needed them most. Their prompt service was crucial in resolving our plumbing issues, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

I called in the morning with backed up drains in the basement. Tricounty was able to get a crew out the same day. They were courteous and professional . They identified the issue quickly and suggested hydro cleaning, which quickly cleaned out the drain. They also made me aware of the condition of the drain pipes. Which alerted me to a potential future issue.

Had water heater and water pressure issues that were fixed and quick by Josh and Caleb. Really appreciate their work.

The men that came were very polite, and informative, but you should have shoe cover for each truck, I had mud everywhere, but it was. No problem, just waiting on my estimate now, Thank you

this will be an honest review....
there was some misunderstanding regarding the terms of the contract, or more plainly put, pricing. Was it my fault for not actually reading the details of the contract? But, we had a phone conversation prior to my signing, and I felt he said one thing, which I agreed to, and therefore signed the contract thinking the contract matched our conversation, but on a subsequent conversation, and after actually reviewing the contract, I felt that he had changed the 'originally quote price' to make the final price higher than what I was expecting.
Was it really all my fault, did I just misunderstood him? Or did he not express the terms and prices clearly? Or did he really finagle the terms abit? Who knows....
As far as the work, the job, and the workers--- I cant complain, the workers were polite, pleasant, cleaned up the basement, and even fixed a leaky pipe...so far it seems okay.
**My only suggestion is to please read the contract thoroughly, come to a mutual understanding and then sign. Cause there is nothing as contentious as a disagreement about pricing.

Great work, I called for a power wash of my drain at 930 am, they arrived at 1030, flush my system, very polite, knowledgeable. I plan on a yearly inspection. They responded quickly which put me at ease. 10 + is my score for this crew and company.

Called early this morning and received a very quick response. Texted back and forth and within an hour from initial contact, had 2 techs at my front door. Both were friendly, courteous and professional. After going over issue and explaining what had already taken place, they worked though the issue and opened up the line. They shared information and showed me the camera working through the line. There will be next steps to finalize the remedy, but we are back in operation again. Extremely pleased with Sewer Daddy.

They are so nice. He came on a cold Friday night. We had no water. Found the problems and fixed them temporarily and they will be back Monday morning to replace parts. Thank you so much. Reasonable pricing. Fast. Polite. Great experience.

Shadd came out on Labor Day. We could not figure out why wouldn't things would not drain? Was ready to go the extra mile and take the toilet out My son and his girlfriend came home and because I know nothing about the house. She showed us where the septic tank was and within 30 minutes 45 minutes it was unplugged and they were up. And running or should I say flushing very professional Awesome work. I will recommend you to everyone

Would definitely recommend! Came out the next day and fixed the problem. Roto Rooter wanted to charge me $14,000 for a simple job and tried to tell me the pipe was cracked and it wasn’t. Don’t fall for their shenanigans, call Sewer Daddy.

The owner Shadd is a very knowledgeable guy. There isn’t much about sewer line and drains that he doesn’t know about and will work with you to try to fix your problem. Very professional and knowledgeable If your in need of his service is highly recommended sewer daddy

Unprofessional. Sewer daddy had no problem taking our money and giving us no answers. If you try to get ahold of them and then never hear back, don’t hold your breath. We’ve been waiting two months to have Shadd and his team figure out our problem. We’ve contacted another company (affordable sanitation)and they got back to us same day and came out next day. Long story short try the other guy not these ppl.

Inexperienced, expensive, and unprofessional. I had a problem with my gray water backing and called out sewer daddy to diagnosis the problem. The guys that showed up were very nice and tried their best unfortunately were too inexperienced to handle the problem. They told me that they would get their boss out to diagnosis the problem his self. After weeks of trying to get ahold of Shadd the owner, through his assistant who said multiple times that she would call back within twenty mins with an appointment, never to call back at all. I had to call/ text the owner my self to finally get an appointment that was two weeks out. On the day of said appointment the owner Shadd wouldn’t answer my phone calls or texts but finally my wife got through. He obviously forgot about the appointment and didn’t put us on the books, after I spent over a 1000 dollars to have no answer, Shadd showed up to my house an hour before I got off work to walk around for 15 mins not looking at the problem it’s self or trying to Diagnose the problem himself like promised. He told my wife he would write an estimate up for god only knows what cause they never found the problem to begin with. Shadd is a poor excuse of a business owner and it’s a shame the only outlet is to write a bad review. Out a $1000 bucks and still no answers. Wouldn’t trust them to look at my sink let alone anything else. Very inexperienced and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

Sewer Daddy was amazing. Everyone that I spoke too from asking for someone to come out to the young lady I spoke to on the phone about prices. The two young man that came out was very nice and polite and did amazing job. They even answered my question about what cause the problem and provide me education on what could cause a problem again. These guys did a great job. They showed up fast and fixed the issue we had quickly. They were also very courteous and cleaned up after themselves after they fixed the plumbing. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Very happy with the service and the cost. I received text notifications they were on their way and they were very professional and genuine. Hopefully don't need them back but in the event I do, I'll be a repeat customer and provide recommendations if I'm asked who to use. Cost was better than expected (compared to others) and reasonable for the work they had to do to break the clog.

Our house came with a huge problem with it's sewer line, made of terra cotta segments that became misaligned over the past 50+ years causing regular backups into the basement. We got multiple quotes costing in the $40,000 range and taking 1-2 weeks to jack hammer the concrete pad in the garage to the back of the house and 15 feet of driveway, dig up the old line and replace it, and fix the concrete again. These gentlemen were able camera the line, see exactly what was going on, install a cure-in-place sleeve inside the problem line, and cut out all of the junctions in a day and a half for considerably less than half of digging it up and replacing it. Their fix has worked flawlessly and we haven't had a problem since. If you think your repair is going to require excavators and jack hammers, it's worth calling these guys. You might have another better option.

Highly recommend Sewer Daddy. They came out right away and solved our sewage issue in no time with no mess. Very fair pricing and good workers!

Called them at about 9:30 this morning because my main sewer line was clogged. They had Anthony and Nick here to help me before 11am. They had my sewer line open and flowing in no time at all. They both took the time to explain and show me everything they were doing and what I need to have done to fix the problems I have been having with my 80 plus year old sewer line. Anthony and Nick are both very courteous and knowledgeable about what they do. I could not be happier with prompt, thorough,and affordable service I received from your company. I now see why you have so many 5star reviews, you guys have earned and deserve all of them. It’s so good to see that there are still a few companies out there that do good work, are fair priced and make the customer feel like they come first. Sure, I had originally given 5 stars then took off a star because we never received the plumbing video. It was a primary service I asked about when I first reached out. Everything was extremely great with response time, and customer service but afterwards i reached out 3 times to be sent the video and I never received it.

We are very pleased with the work that was done on our bathtub drain. The workers were prompt, efficient and professional. We have another project we would like them to handle, and are hoping to get an estimate from them. Would definitely recommend.

The two gentlemen that came to my house were very professional, kind, and courteous. Destiny is also terrific who works in the office. I highly recommend these folks!

This company is amazing I do not even have words for. The owner took it upon himself to speak to me personally and was so understanding and I felt really wanted to help me and my situation. Everyone of his staff members were so helpful and so down to earth real people. They went over and beyond what they had to do, his guys even cleaned up the mess from my sewage backing up all over my basement floor before they left. Everything was so smooth and quick like it never happened, after having a hard day already they made this experience one ill never forget and so thankful for. Fast response time, Great service and Quality of work. Staff has exceptional customer service skills! Replaced 75 year old pipes, fixed back to back toilets, removed invasive tree roots and added liner. Very Satisfied with the workmanship of this unexpected project.

I neglected a small leak in my water heater for a few weeks. Then tragedy struck and the tank was cascading water. I called them Thursday evening with my emergency and they fit me in Friday morning. There were some uncontrollable issues that happened and the crew was upfront and honest. The original replacement tank they pulled out of the box had several dents in it. They called me down to tell me about it and they informed me they'd be getting a different one to install. It took a little longer than they originally said it would, but I was happy with their decision to be smart and not allow those dents to become an issue down the road.
The removal and installation processes went without incident. They were knowledgeable and explained to me every necessary bit of information. I would recommend this company to anyone who was looking to replace a water heater in the future.
