Jim Olivier's Home Improvement went 'above and beyond the call of duty' for the two of us vets on replacing our picture window and new front storm door. Both are beautiful and well done!

Replaced roof. Repaired facial and soffit and installed vinyl on same. Replaced all the windows and doors. Did an excellent job. Workers very polite and kept us informed as they progressed. I would recommend Jim Olivier Home Improvement to anyone.

I had five windows replaced in my home. This was my third time that Jim Olivier did work on my home--used them for siding on my home and later to replace two windows. In all of these cases I was treated with respect and all of the employees were courteous. I would recommend Jim Olivier to anyone who wants quality service and fair pricing. They will take good care of you and I will definitely use them for my next job (regardless of what that might be.

Jim Olivier's did a great job replacing the siding on my back wall. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and offering to replace the door when they discovered it was in bad shape. They are also great at communicating and making sure you stay informed during the process!

We chose Jim Olivier’s Home Improvement for a patio door and windows throughout. It all started with our salesman Doug. He spent hours with us on a Friday evening giving us so many options, and answering every question we had. Next, was the continuous notifications updating us with the status of our door and windows. To our surprise, both the looks and quality of the door and windows were even better than we were expecting. Finally, there was Vance. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the pride he has is unmatched. He would clean up after each installation, and you could not even tell any construction had been preformed. We highly recommend Jim Olivier’s Home Improvement. Without a doubt, should we need again, we will definitely give them a call.

The wife and I wanted to change our 28 year old (19) windows in our home. My brother Ric had some of his windows changed, After carefully looking at his project, I felt confident in allowing the Olivier family to complete our project. As expected, the project came out flawless.

With the windows project completed, qe felt that the shutters were far from being any kind of match with the new windows.
So a phone call to the Jim O' office and we got the ball rolling. After some measurements and a waiting period, we no have our home looking new once again.

Excellent communication during process. Installation was very efficiently done, everything was so easy (without having to take down curtains). Work was done so perfectly, and tidy. We received four quotes for hurricane shutters, and Doug, the representative from Jim Olivier’s Home Improvement, was by far the most impressive. He showed us the materials they would use along with options. The three installers were very polite, showed us tips, and cleaned up after themselves. We replaced all the windows with new more efficient windows. These guys might cost a bit more but they are more than worth it. You will not be disappointed using them.

He took my job literally personal as though it was a job for himself or his parents or other personal love ones. The quality of the ProVia door and entrance door handle that I chose was second to none and being the best of quality. The owner personally contacted me to keep me posted on the special order arrival time. The owner also personally contacted me to make sure I was 100% satisfied. The job coordinator personally came visit the job while it was currently underway and did not just do a quick turnaround. I have never seen this or experienced this in all my life. Great experience from the initial sit down to find out what we wanted, to the inspection/estimate, to the friendly and professional installers installing our doors, windows, soffits, and fascia. Reasonable prices and friendly staff who checked in at every aspect of our home improvement. Anna and her entire staff are professional and CARE that they give exceptional service. We had a roof repair with them a few years ago, the service, crew and product were awesome. And we just had all our windows replaced and had the very same amazing experience. The crews that Anna sends out are just the best. You NEVER feel like they don't know what they are doing.
And the clean up after the job is just as amazing, it's like they were never there!

We cannot say enough about our experience with Jim Olivier's Home Improvement. Their professionalism is beyond reproach. Their representative came to our house a couple of days after we called them. Timeliness - they said they would be at our house at 2:00 p.m. It was 2:00 p.m. Not 1:30 pm, not 2:30 p.m. They gave us a bid with their first visit. They said the material would arrive in 8 weeks. The material came in 3 weeks later. We would like to say we had more than one bid but no other contractor would come to our house. Good quality - our neighbors watched with amazement at how quickly and beautifully the work was done. Neighbor commented that they didn't take breaks, just worked until it was done. They completed the job in two days. Another neighbor had gutters changed at their house by another contractor. The other house took all week and it doesn't look as good as our house does. Our job was completed about two months ago and we still say we have absolutely no regrets calling Olivier's Home Improvement. We absolutely love the way the house looks and will definitely call in the future for any home repairs. We have recommended them to anyone who will listen. Do yourself a favor and call them...today!!!

We are very pleased with the quality of materials and professionalism of the installers. While waiting for material to be manufactured, the office kept us informed of the status and quickly scheduled the install as soon as the shutters arrived. The shutters were quickly installed prior to adverse weather and completed by the next work day. We now feel better prepared for Hurricane Season. Vince was very friendly and professional and the overall team were great. We are very happy with the work and service and follow up. They say what they do and do what they say. We will use them again.

This vinyl siding replacement project was well managed from beginning to the end. The cost seemed on the high side in the beginning but the wife and I discussed that we will get what we pay for and due to our age and nearing retirement we want to not worry about siding in the future. The men performed the work efficiently, safely and communicated with me on the progress and the plan forward over the upcoming days taking weather and their project needs in consideration. All of this was done in a way to streamline the siding replacement project. Each day work areas around home were cleaned, waste was picked up and organized for safety reasons and preparation for the next day.
Miss Jo kept us updated each month after the quote was issued and materials were ordering. Each month I would receive a text on the project status. Once all materials arrived I was contacted for a start up and due to me working in Myanmar I asked that we delay the project due to some work I needed to complete during the siding replacement. Miss Jo delayed the start up until I completed my hitch in Myanmar.
Kent the project manager was very good and helpful with his assistance and guidance which was good due to his many years of experience in the contruction and home improvement business.
Brent and Chris the men on site each day did a excellent job. I can really not say enough as to how well they worked together and took a true interest in pleasing the customer all the while ensuring he complied with what Jim Olivier expects of him.
The product installed seems very durable with the foam backing, edging and trim turned out very well. The wife says she already feels that the central unit does not run as much and the outside noises are not near as loud as prior to the siding replacement. I feel very sure that my energy cost will be reduced quite a bit in the future.

As with everyone else it took quite a while to get our windows but they communicated routinely on it’s status. The installer was great, went to great detail to take care of every little detail to insure a very professional installation.

I highly recommend Jim Olivier's Home Improvement. I am very happy with the work done at my home (soffit/fascia and porch/garage ceilings). No more painting overhead.

I was pleased with the installation but, was somewhat disappointed with the delivery time it took for the windows to come it. I understand the delivery was delayed due to the pandemic, but I guess the empathy was missing! I am very happy with the installation but noticed yesterday one of the screens is cut and will have a new one ordered to replace it!

Constant, clear communication throughout the entire project. I never once had to guess what was going on or happening next. Respectful, polite, reliable employees all around. Quality product and installation. They take pride in customer satisfaction and it shows. I am a very satisfied customer. I wish all home improvement companies were this easy to work with.
