J. Hebert Roofing did a great job with my roof at 133 Rue Massey in Broussard and at my office at 350 Doucet Rd in Lafayette. They were really good with my insurance claim, getting more money for the hail and wind damage, and I only had to pay my deductible. I liked how clean they kept everything, making sure there were no nails or trash left behind. If you need a new roof in Louisiana, I totally recommend J. We live in Houma, LA. In 2021, Hurricane Ida damaged our roof. J Hebert Roofing came to Houma shortly after. They quickly and efficiently put a temporary covering over our damaged roof, at a reasonable price (given the huge demand at that time). Although they were willing and able to replace our roof for us, we were fortunate enough to get the original contractor who built our home, to get their roofing people to replace our roof. Otherwise, J Hebert Roofing would have done it. BTW, the temporary roof covering they did install functioned perfectly for the 3 or 4 months it took to get the entire roof replaced. Thank GOD for J Hebert Roofing, LLC! Last night during the storm I noticed some water dripping from my master ac vent and immediately knew something wasn’t right. When I went into the attic (which is terrifying on a normal day but even more so in the middle of a storm) I saw water was leaking from my roof and right onto where my vent is. After making a couple of calls with no answers I remembered I knew someone who worked for a roofing company. Within seconds of me calling them they told me they could come out today and take a look at what was going on for me. They walked around the house to see if they could see anything glaring from the ground and when they couldn’t I showed them where I saw the leak last night. As soon as they got onto the roof they saw the issue; a rusted nail that forced itself up an apparently common issue with a super easy fix. Within 20 minutes my roof was good as new! I seriously cannot thank them enough for answering all my questions and being so damn responsive. Anyone who needs any sort of roof work you have to go with them! Thank yall again for the absolutely best customer experience!
