I approached Jose on a framing job he was working on due to the cleanliness and order of his job site and the clear professionalism his team had. 5 years later, we’ve framed several ground up homes together. Jose just gets it! He’s very clever when it comes unconventional builds but also knows all the standards. The roughly 10 employees he has haven’t changed either which says a lot.
