Jet Builders

I am pleased to provide a referral for JET Builders, whose work as my home builder exceeded all expectations. My project was a new build on land that had been graded and was part of a subdivision in Hilo. This was my first time being involved in the planning of a new home so I did a lot of research on JET Builders. I learned a lot by talking with homeowners who had used JET Builders and I interviewed the Tarrings themselves before I made my decision. I was impressed by what I learned and I was even able to tour one of homes JET built, which was beautiful and convinced me to go ahead with the contract.

Once I signed the contract, it took JET only 11 months of construction to complete my 2 story house and driveway. I visited the site daily, I met all of the subcontractors and I was consulted on all of the decisions that come with building a new home. Nick Tarring was very 'hands on' during the building process and his wife, Emily, took care of the front office issues which included helping me make selections regarding the allowances and any special requests.

I respect JET Builders, their work ethic and their skill. I am happy to recommend this company without reservation.

Custom home by Jet Builders. I took a long time researching builders on the Big Island and eventually choose Jet Builders. They are amazing! I couldn’t be happier with my custom home, as they put my vision into a reality. They were professional throughout the entire process. Nick is phenomenal and his team couldn’t be better. I frequently made changes to the plans, yet the team was flexible and able to seamlessly modified any revision. Their administrative staff is second to none and consistently kept me informed. The house is amazing and definitely stands out in the neighborhood. I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Jet Builders and believe anyone who works with them will be satisfied.
