When I was trying to decide on whether to purchase the 2020 Blazer, I entered questions on the comment page on their website, but no one responded back to me. There were several correspondence delays via phone & e-mail, where I did not get a response within 1-2 hours. When I did purchase the vehicle, I was told that the scratch on the front bumper would be repaired, but the paint job was terrible, therefore, I feel there should have been a deduction in the price of the "new" vehicle. I was told that the gas tank would be full, but it was 3 gallons from full, plus the windshield washer fluid was only 2/3 full. Usually when I purchase a new Chevy vehicle, the dealership enhances my customer experience by ensuring that all the fluid levels & gas tank are full. I felt as if Jerry's Auto was just trying to make a quick sale, and not satisfy the customer. When they lend a new vehicle out as a demo, they should make sure that the person they lend it to takes good care of it -- if they damage a new vehicle, they should be responsible for paying for the repairs instead of passing it on to a customer. We have been Chevy owners for over 44 years, and have purchased 18 new or used Chevy vehicles over this time. I am beginning to think that Chevy dealerships do not value their customers as they have done in the past..

Nick is awesome. Jim in parts is awesome. Not real sure what Todd does but he is kind of ok too. Great place for service work.
