Jon Wiggins was very professional and friendly. He was the first contractor that returned my call within 24 hours and showed up on time to evaluate the work I needed done. From the time of the initial contact Jon and his team provided amazing service. I had a new roof, gutters, and windows installed. The quality and craftmanship is formidable. The cleaning up after each job was excellent. I HIGHLY recommend using the LOW-E Thermal Roofing underlayment. I was able to tell a SIGNIFICANT difference after roof installation (A/C and furnace not running as much). JD Wiggins, Inc. is the company you want to handle your roofing, windows and so much more!! I HIGHLY recommend. So happy I decided to engage Jon and his team. I will be using them again for additional work to my home.

I want to start by saying that it pains me to have to write this review. But, it’s not for me it’s for you. My experience was painful, but it was more than replacement of shingles. I had some rotted wood, dry but bad wood. It had to be replaced. Replaced at $70 per 10 linear ft (1x6/1x8), some plywood about the same price. Mind you, $15 in material the rest in labor. Labor would include removal of old wood, purchasing, measuring, cutting, then nailing it down to fit. One needs tools to do this task. A reasonable price that I agreed on. The problem started when I realized that this contracted crew was a good shingle installer but did not have the skill set or tools ( tape measure, square, pencil) to measure cut and apply. To my demise, it didn’t go well. Quite simply, it has been costly with the new gutters and the squirrel infestation from multiple 3” gaps left when they overlapped the decking because they were incapable or incompetent to do it right. Over hang 1. 5” over the facia(impossible to install gutters properly.) A Warranty is only as good as the company providing the warranty. I heard the most outlandish excuses when I sent photos that I was at a loss… He refused to look at it and he refused to fix it. Buyer beware!

His team was amazing and the work they did for our church (an amazing new roof) turned out beautifully. They left nothing to chance and delivered an excellent product and made sure everything was cleaned up perfectly once the job was completed.

J. D. Wiggins installed the roof on my house and did an excellent job. Excellent craftsmanship, excellent cleanup and just an all around excellent experience. If you want it done right without flaws, this company is what you’re looking for. I refer everyone to him I know.

Awesome workmanship! Very punctual and excellent at cleaning up nails and debris. The roof needed a lot of love and these guys knew what they were doing. Highly suggested!

Excited to see how the Thermasheet helps our insulation, and your the only company that has it as an option. We also appreciate how knowledgeable you are on the venting solutions, you were the only one that said we should not switch to a peak vent when our roof wasn’t built for it. Wouldn’t have chosen anyone else.
