Contacted them after a weather event took off my shingles. He was able to match colors with shingles they had in stock and didn’t even charge for the repair. I’ll be using them for my siding and gutter upgrades this summer. What a nice kid!

I've hired JD roofing to do a roof for me and was very pleased. They came in, did the roof, clean up was impeccable. Joe Jr. is a very capable. young man

I called them to do an estimate on siding. They set an appointment for the next week and then called the day before and re-scheduled. No problem. I waited around on the morning they re-scheduled for and no one showed up. I called them and they told me that he was "picking up a friend from the airport" so he couldn't make it to do the estimate. They called the next week and we set a third appointment. On the morning of our appointment once again I stayed home and waited and no one showed up. After 30 minutes of waiting I called them and they said they must have double-booked me and that he couldn't make it out. Over the course of three weeks, they re-scheduled or missed three appointments for a simple estimate appointment. Certainly not reliable nor professional.
