It is hard to find good contractors. When I found JCP I was incredible happy, in just six weeks there were able to transform an old apartment (1969) to a brand new and modern place. They were easy to work with, always on time and always completed everything they promised. I could not be more pleased with the results. Thank you Juan and Gloria for all your hard work. I can call my apartment home now.

Our experience with JCP was wonderful. The refurbishment, construction and intricate details to put our house back together was completed in superb detail and good taste. All of the employees were respectful and helpful. Very pleasant to work with and we appreciated all of their hard work to put our lives back together again. Thank you JCP!

JCP repaired damage to my house after a tree fell on it in August 2022. They were very cooperative in working with my insurance company. They were did work quickly and professionally. The only delays in the project were due to the wait for permit inspections in Montgomery County, Maryland. The tree damaged supporting beams so we needed inspections for structural integrity as well as code compliance. That was out of JCP's control, but still they were willing to contact Montgomery County Division of Permit Services to see where things stood with our permit. So, I wasn't left wondering. JCP was very responsive any time I had a question or issue with something that was happening in the course of the project, which was seldom.

I was amazed how quickly JCP was able to schedule our renovation and they were incredibly professional during the work period. Highly recommended.

JCP was responsive and informative. They were quick to answer my questions and laid out the process easily. They worked with me, my building manager, and my insurance agent to make sure all the paperwork on both sides was completed, then reinstalled my floor quickly and professionally. And it looks incredible too. I cannot recommend them enough. That's why, when I had another problem, they were the first people I called, and found the service as impressive as the first time, and my floor looks just as impressive as it did the first time they installed it.

We had flooding in the lower floor of our house from a pin hole leak. JCP was very helpful and responsive in working with my insurance company which was challenging all of the bids I received. JCP staff did an excellent job in installing a refinished engineered hardwood floor as well as replacing the baseboards.and molding, matching the baseboard paint color and professionally responding to 2 punch list issues. In brief they were a pleasure to work with did an excellent job for which we were very pleased.

The day I hired JCP Construction was my lucky day. My condo was ruined from water damage and my whole condo needed drywall, painting, new floors, new bathroom sink etc. They were on top of everything from showing up on time every morning and going the extra mile in finishing the job a WHOLE WEEK early.

Gloria and Alina were in constant contact with me with any issue or updates that came thru. Also always available when I had questions or concerns.

My condo is a whole new place and I love everything they have done. I couldn’t be more happier.

My roof was leaking and bedroom ceiling collapsed during the last snowstorm of the 2021 winter. I needed someone to come out ASAP to tarp over the leak and do an estimate for repairs. JCP came out to do both before I even received callbacks from other companies. JCP was responsive and professional throughout the process. I kept waiting for there to be a catch at the end (I've lived in DC too long!), but everything was done on time and on budget throughout. I plan to use again and would recommend.

Awful experience. They do not understand the DC permitting process. For a straightforward load bearing wall demolition it took them over six months. Even though the work itself only took a few days, house was a disaster construction zone for a full month because they couldn’t pass inspection. They were not at all apologetic about the number of attempts it took to pass. The PM also didn’t stop by to review the completed work. I had to complain that their employee left gaps in the drywall before they came by to look at their work.

We had a water main pipe insurance claim issue in our Airbnb space. I interviewed 5 contractors and Karla at JCP clearly stood out as the best. She was familiar with our claims adjuster, came with a second colleague who did the measurement while she recorded. Even though she was the third person I interviewed she was the first to get a quote to me and it was very reasonable.

Karla and team didn’t let us down through the duration of the project. She is friendly on the phone, worked with our interior designer to make sure we had the details we needed, and was super quick to respond to texts during the week and her colleague Gloria was quick on the weekend.

The workmanship was excellent and her crew was super friendly and timely.

We will definitely be working with them on any future projects!

Did amazing job on our floors. Worked with our schedule as we needed a quick turn around and knocked it out. Finished product was awesome and very reasonably priced. Also they showed great care in the finish product and made sure we were 100% happy and satisfied. Highly recommend!

JCP Home Services has an amazing group of professionals that performed beyond our expectation and delivered quality workmanship. The administrative team in particular were well organized with the necessary documentation and credentials on hand. They answered all of our questions, addressed our concerns, and made sound recommendations to meet our budgetary and design goals for our bathroom renovation.

The technical team of contractors that performed the work were very professional and courteous. Our living space was properly secured and covered to contain dust and debris. Noise was kept to a minimum and their work area was clean and clear upon daily departure. Great care was taken not disrupt our daily lives and our direct neighbors.

Our bathroom renovation was completed on schedule and we are very happy with the finished result. We maintained astute operational awareness throughout the progression of the project and attest that no shortcuts were taken. The work was done right the first time. We will definitely look forward to calling JCP Home Services in the near future for additional home projects we have planned.

I wish there were 10 stars for this review Juan and his team came to my house and turned it into a palace. Since the moment he came in i could sense his honesty and knowledge.
They fixed my floors, kitchen and did a complete make over on my bathroom. They cleaned after they were done and were extremely professionals not to say they save me money as well
These guys are Great. We won’t stop now there is a few more renovations and projects coming soon.
