2 for 2 !!
Norwalk Store...
I ordered (2) deliveries for the same city (5) minutes a part, first order got there on time, however the driver was asking the homeowner where to load the Roofing material. Isn’t is obvious ? The flat material goes on the flat roof and the composition shingles on the pitched roof ? I receive a call from the homeowner at 7:00 am ( not cool) regarding the loading!!!
Today I found out that some of the material ordered are missing. I was told that I can’t be delivered until tomorrow!! Well my foreman is driving to their store to pick it up’
Customer service does not exists...not to mention the attention to details

Second order:
Late , not as promised. I needed the plywood early morning to have lt ready for inspiration, we’ll the order came later than promised.
Same thing, this order was short materias, however it was deliveref by my sales rep on time. I guess their gas is free!!
Also this order had the wrong turbines color
With that said it is sad to say such lack of attention to details !!
I spoke to Tim R “Manager” a month ago and promised too look into the operation.. Well here you have it Tim. You failed .
