We are very happy with our Solatubes! Fernando was our installer and he did a fantastic job of explaining our options and letting us know exactly what he was doing. The end product is great as we now have light in a previously dark part of our house. Also, I didn't have to coordinate the Solatube installation with my roofers as the roofers had worked with them before so that part was very easy. Excellent!

From start to finish, we received excellent communication and service in installing a functional skylight. Our technician Jeremy, went above and beyond to assure our product was without any defects and fully functional.
The skylight opens/closes smoothly but much slower than I expected, otherwise I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company.

We are very happy we decided to go with solatube. Originally I was not sure on how many solar tubes we need in our house and placement. Solatube came out and did a great job explaining everything. Quality is top notch and they did clean professional install. Light output is perfect. I would use solatube again.

Fernando was great!! He felt the need to come out and complete the job himself since he had a callout on his team. Efficient and clean !!

Today, Fernando came to my house because I had a leak from my skylight that was installed by Solatube 5 years ago. Fernando was very professional and courteous. As it turns out he replaced the seal absolutely FREE! The skylight was no longer under warranty BUT Solatube went above and beyond customer service. Thank you! Customer and referrals for LIFE.

The man who installed our Solatube Did a fabulous job! My kitchen was completely clean at the end and I love how he did the placement of the Solatube!

We wanted to add a sunlight to our hall, as it is pretty dark. As we have other solatubes in the house from before, we went back with adding another one. Solatube Home was a perfect installer - they set up an appointment, the estimator, Horacio, arrived on time and walked us through what we were getting and some things that could help with getting credits, and gave us a estimate that was right in line with expectations. As there was installer availability that day, we were able to have one of their folks (Chrisantos) come out and install it later that morning. Installation was quick but not hurried, and everything was cleaned up after the work was done. We got exactly what we wanted and got it in excellent time. No more dark hall. An A++ experience.

Everything was smooth from the phone call to the installation. Took almost no time. Workers were both very friendly and knowledgable and took care to keep everything neat and tidy.

Really happy with my new Solatube! It’s so aesthetically pleasing and great for my indoor plants. Installation was quick and easy. Brian did an amazing job. And the salesperson, Horatio, was very honest about my options and what to expect so there were no surprises. I’ll probably get a second Solatube in a couple of weeks.

I’ve had these tubes for over 2 years and they bring is so much natural light it’s hard not be happy in the morning. So this time around I had them put install one in my kitchen. Great product would recommend to anyone who has a dark area in the house you want lit up.

Chrisantos was great! He worked quickly and efficiently to install our solar tubes. He checked in with us and let us know about each step of the process. Chris even cleaned up the little mess from the work. I can’t recommend Solatube and Chris highly enough.

Great customer experience. The sales person and the install person were very communicative and showed up on time. They both were very polite and friendly. No hard sales, I got exactly what I asked for and it looks great.

The Solarube team was great from day 1. Very professional and friendly. Installation was less than 20 minutes. Out with the old ugly opaque dome shaped fiberglass versions and in with these lovely clear flat glass versions. I work from home and I can now enjoy looking at the blue sky from my home office window. I'm looking forward seeing the stars and moon in and the evening dark sky.

an experienced team came on time and did a great job. waiting for two other skylights which needed custom size to be installed but so far so good. i highly recommend Solatube. they came back ahead of schedule and installed the two custom size skylights and the result is amazing. very professional, they protected the hardwood floor in case of debris falling from the removal of the old skylight and installed the new ones in no time. they took pictures of the work done and through the process . nice to have found an honest company. flawless experience i highly recommend Solatube. they also warranty their work and you can speak to a human when you call the company. nice these days.

No pressure approach, just provided photos and options that were similar to my application. Salesperson climbed on my roof, attic and guest house. Pictures were taken that further described what was required. Pricing for product, value and installation were provided. I was able to schedule installation within days. Product is excellent and was highly recommended!

Solatube Home offers a full turn key and warranted system for whole house fans and attic fans. They also sell and install solar lighting and sky light replacements, which we did not purchase. All of their products are made here in the USA and professionally installed and looks great! Highly recommend this company and their products.

Solatube staff are professional, knowledgeable and respectful. During these strange times of COVID 19 pandemic I was especially impressed with their attention to best health practices related to the pandemic. The quality of the products are amazing and I absolutely love the natural light that now floods our home and the whole house fan is a godsend!

Trevor and his partner arrived promptly and were done in two hours. I had two solar attic vents installed and they are marvelous! I also had a solatube light installed over my very dark hallway. I should have done that 30 years ago! Excellent company with excellent service people.

I've had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. I want to thank Horacio for his amazing response time. I called in on Monday afternoon and my solar tubes were installed the next day. I would also like to thank the installer Joe for his professionalism and quality of work. Excellent experience from initial phone call to installation! This is how a good business runs, everything went smoothly, field technician Trevor was outstanding the time he was here. I was notified before arrival, order was correct and installation top notch. I highly recommend Solatube Home without hesitation and plan on having them back for another project. Neil is the man! I'm scrounging around the couch to see if I can find the money to get me a couple 2400's!!! BOOM! Seriously, they are super professional and offer a great product and service.

Jack was on time and knowledgeable of his products that would be best in our home. The fans are something for our future. The budget just doesn't stretch far enough at this time. Our 5 Solatubes will have to do for now.

I am very disappointed with the post sale service. You installed the garage ventilation on Friday. The next day I texted and called and spoke with the receptionist to let you know that you have left the fiberglass insulation exposed and it was causing me to itch in my arms and legs. No one returned the call. I called back on Monday and spoke with Dominic and asked the installer to come back to cover the fiberglass insulation - he said he would speak with the installer Trevor. Dominic did not call back and I called - he said Trevor said nothing can be done. I disagreed and sent him pictures via email and explained the exposed fiberglass insulation was causing me to itch all over and I was fearful of respiratory harms.. I received an email stating appointment is set for 3 pm next day. The next day I waited until 3 pm - no one showed up and I called Dominic who said that Trevor had a job and could not make the appointment and asked if he could reschedule for the following Saturday. By this time, I was upset and told him he did not appreciate the discomfort the itchiness was causing and my concern for the potential respiratory health hazard. Dominic suggested I call and speak directly with the installer Trevor. At this point, based on what went on, I decided that Solatube Home is not a responsible company and does not care about the satisfaction of their customers and that it would be useless for me to deal any further with them. So I called a handyman instead. The handyman came this morning and fixed the problem without any issue. All I can say is Shame on Solatube Home.

The service was very expedient and the tech was really nice and helpful. I though the unit itself was somewhat overpriced (the reason for not getting 5 stars :-)), but they did a very good overall.

Very Happy with the Skylights in my Bathroom and in my
Kitchen! Trevor Bible was a very nice young man, very professional, I will recommend him to anybody and it’s amazing the difference they make in the rooms, make dark and gloomy rooms very bright, no need to keep turning on a light!

On time, clean install, friendly personality. Joey did a great job. The new whole house fan is quiet and really cools the house down. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service ever. They made promises that they couldn't keep. I found out about Solatube home from the O.C. Home show. The representative told me at the the show that the technician that comes out will install the same day if I like the product. The morning of my appointment they told me that they will not be able to come in the morning but in the afternoon if not reschedule for two weeks later. I told them ok then, so called off work just so that I can have it installed that same day. Well when the technician came out he said that he's here just to see if it's possible to install & I would have to reschedule for someone to come out another day. I made it clear that I called off of work that I can have it installed that day & needed to be done because the next day I was having my attic insulation installed. The response that I got was (Well we can come after). Basically they didn't care & if I was going to get this kinda treatment from this company before the installation, I can only imagine how I would be treated if I had problems with the equipment after. I hope that I save someone the headache if they read my post.

Home show that all technician are able to install same day. I was not told that I would get a estimate & then schedule a installation after. 3rd why would I call off of work for someone to give me a estimate? So yes I was misinformed by your staff from the Home show & at the office that there will a same day installation. Last I wasn't told that your technician was in the hospital only that he called off of work. It's the details that matter at the end.

Zardar explained well to my husband the right skylight to replace with our old skylight. Very knowledgeable in what he does. On time on appointment.

I normally don’t go out of my way to write a review, even when the experience is positive. However, every single employee/professional at Solutube was stellar in every sense of the word. Honestly, I am not exaggerating!

From my initial call to the company to the installation and quality assurance team, every single individual was very professional and knowledgeable. Listen folks, these guys are not your topical contractors; they are individuals that take great pride in their quality of work (like the good old days). You can tell they are building a solid company/product with a long vision. Quite honestly, I don’t know how this company managed to hire so many outstanding people - it’s just simply an anomaly.

In short, before you make a decision between Solutube and other competitors, do yourself a favor and at least call them so you can experience what true customer service looks like.

Christian & Dwayne are truly experts in their field. I started off w/one, and ended up w/four solar lights. OMG... these guys are incredibly committed to perfection. Neither of them left a speck of dust behind! You cannot believe how my two showers, my dining room and living room light up. Truly an amazing product. Solatube Home is simply awesome!

The technician showed up on time and did what he had to do to provide an estimate. He seemed to know his stuff! He was polite and professional.

My recent Solatube installation was an exceptional transaction. I would do it again tomorrow... or suggest this firm to friends without hesitation.

My need was simple... a single 14-inch square. Though it required installation on a very high (16 feet?) vaulted ceiling.

The key reason for my satisfaction is Dwayne, an excellent installer who has deep knowledge of the product/process, an eye for design and superior communication skills. Plus, Dwayne was pleasant, tidy and diligent. He is a daylight rock star.

I’m so happy with the results... and the price was also attractive.

Love the product! Salesman very professional and follow-through good. Installer: problems with accountability regarding arrival time of an hour late, hour and 40 mins for lunch, left job for 30 minutes, finished job at 6:30pm and didn't give customer choice of defussers.
The salesman came back a week later and was a big help. Still waiting for final Paid in Full Receipt.

Trevor removed our very old Solatube and air exchange and replaced it with a new Solatube and air exchange. Our old Solatube lasted over 17 years and we replaced it because the air exchange for the bathroom was wearing out. Very happy with the new unit and the work Trevor performed. Very professional and great job of cleaning up.

This is our third consult (we used their services twice before and LOVE the products and service). Solatube always helps us make stellar improvements.

The one star is for the lack of transparency in their invoicing. Twice they have invoiced me without providing an opportunity to review the bill. In addition the last invoice was not disclosed at all, they didn't provide an estimate of the charges, didn't provide an invoice of the charges I could sign and approve and then called me telling me I owed them money. I could not recommend doing business with this company due to the poor or unethical business practices.

This installation is my third Solatube in my house. I also have a SolaStar.
Staff is very friendly and efficient. Well worth the investment.
The new nightlight feature is very handy when coming home late in the evening.

Horrible. And they haven't even started the job. Bad and misleading communication. Late over 2 1/2 hours with no call to advise. Extremely unhappy. Hope the job is better because the communication was awful.
Job completed and appears to be good. But was charged additional $$'s without explanation and carpet stained and one remote not working, it is finally over. They changed out the oval cover on the solar tube in the closed that I wasn't advised was extra and are to give me credit for that. I cleaned the carpet. All in all this was one of worst experiences I've had with a contractor ever.

Trevor Bible was very courteous and professional. He explained everything thoroughly and addressed our needs and concerns in terms of where we wanted the Solatube placed for maximum lighting. He also located the dome on the roof in our desired location so it is not visible from the street. Great job Solatube. Happy Holidays.

My Solatube Expert, Max, was wonderful. I relied upon his expertise and helpful advice when choosing which and where lights in my "new" home. I recommend Solatube to anyone interested in skylights. They are very knowledge, courteous, on time and honest. I can't say enough! I asked them to check out a problem after a heavy rain, they arranged a special time to promptly address the problem, and fixed it within a very short time. And explained exactly what the problem was. I have not had such a good experience with other companies lately. I trust them wholeheartedly!
