My roofing experience was stellar. I was expecting a week of work and a massive mess of debris around the property afterwards. Instead, they did the entire tear-off and re-roofing in 2 days, and afterwards the property was so clean it looked like nothing had happened.
Eddie Limon was always attentive and his crew is super efficient.
I recommended them to my next door neighbor, too.

We recently had Nicholas Furman visit our home for a solar consultation, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and explained the solar options clearly without any pressure. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping us find the best solution for our home. We left the meeting feeling confident and well-informed. We highly recommend Nicholas and the company he represents.

Nick Furman has been great as a rep. He spent all the time needed with us to explain all the various options regarding solar. He’s also been on call for us when we have had questions as we go through the process. We’re still pending installation, but the pricing and service so far has been excellent. Couldn’t ask for someone better to help you if you’re thinking of installing solar.

Although for reasons not due to any issues with solar, but the possibility of relocating, we had to cancel our Solar project, our energy consultant Payton Blevins was great. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, I’ve had other people come out and talk to us about Solar in the past they don’t compare to Payton, he made everything so simple Unfortunately like I said the possibility of relocating left us with the decision not to proceed.

Have had very few issues but when I have (even 3 years later) the response was fantastic !

My customer service tech Josh D was what customer service is all about. He represents the GOLD standard of what CS is about. He didn’t have the answers immediately but dug back into hundreds of records to find what was happening (which wasn’t from Semper). Have to admit that I accidentally dialed him and hung up. He still returned my call. Give this man a raise!

Nick was the perfect salesman! He was easy to understand, encouraged questions, interested in what I needed instead of overselling and was just overall pleasant to deal with

This is one of the worst company that I had to deal with I find out that they have put in mechanical lien on my house when the job is not even completed and the lien is for solar i never installed or removed any solar for the past 5 weeks I've been trying to reach out to them for someone to explain for me on what's going on on the lien I was asking for demand that I was asking them to come back and finish the repair for 5 weeks they keep lacking me and ignoring saying they relate my message someone will call me and I finally went to the office in Santa Fe springs and I spoke to Fabian Fabian was able to contact a manager in San Diego by the name Jesse jesse called me right away I spoke to Jesse and he informed me he's going to work on the issue then and I never heard back and then it was memorial weekend came right after on Tuesday I called Jesse still nothing didn't answer then I went back and reach out to Fabian in Santa Fe springs spring office to help me to see what's going on with Jesse he informed me that he's sick and he's out of the office will return tomorrow Wednesday I said okay the next day on Wednesday try to call again still Jesse not answering the phone so I text Fabian and ask him that Jesse still not answering my calls is he back in the office he said he should be back in the office let me find out and I'll get back to you this was an early in the morning on Wednesday by 2:00 p.m. on that day I tried to call Fabian and it would go to voicemail so I tried to call from a different number and he answered i found out he blocked me I don't know for what reason all I need is some answers for someone to give me solution and then I had someone call me by the name Carlos he explained to me a little bit about the situation and he's supposed to bring me more information about the amount on the lien and the repair and to remove the intest of the lien that they had added the next day I tried to calling Carlos to follow up and I find out he blocked me too I don't know what's going on with these people again I call Carlos from a different number and asking him why he blocked me he started to apologizing saying that he's not in the office and he's at home im sure it was lie is this how you guys treat your customers? The escrow company try to call them to get a demand on the lien they refused to give them any information saying that the customer has to request that and I've been calling for the past 5 weeks I need to get a demand on the line and if they're going to come back as soon as the job not complete still nobody has got back to me they keep telling me we told the office your situation and your message someone should call you back and nobody calls me back and if they do call me back it would be with no answers to my question more delay and I only have one week left for me to figure this out for the house to be sold

It has been eight months since my 40k system stopped working. I had to file a claim against Semper Solaris ,which I was willing to drop if they just fixed the system. Still nothing. The company lawyer informed me that I can sue Enphase (the battery manufacturer) if I'd like. They just don't care. Awful people awful company.

Really appreciate the wonderful customer service. Terri helped us with every question and supported us the whole way through! She was amazing. We had our first power outage today and our battery kept our everything running perfectly! Thanks for everything!

My experience with Semper Solaris has been terrible with so much delays, broken promises of completion, lack of organization, incompetence by SubContractors, nearly a full year to complete project and could have been longer if Jesus Rivera, Semper Solaris Representative, had not TAKEN CHARGE. Mr. Rivera took all the necessary steps to final conclusion. He was the only positive thing i can say was professional in this business transaction and dependable.

Nick Furman came out to explain the benefit and process of purchasing a solar battery. He was very clear and thorough in his explanation, shading much needed light that I failed to receive during previous encounters with other solar reps. Nick made me and my husband feel comfortable in making the purchase and we look forward to the much needed savings.

I cannot say enough good things about this organization and Constantino Flores. He was incredibly thorough and always prompt with any follow-up. However, his stand out feature was his kindness. He is a great asset to Semper Solaris!!

This guy almost hit me, then had the audacity to say, “Well, I didn’t hit you,” like that makes it okay. Instead of owning up, he doubled down and sped off down the freeway shoulder like a total maniac. If this is how he acts when behind the wheel—reckless, arrogant, and completely unaccountable—imagine what kind of shortcuts or shady behavior he might bring to your home or business. I wouldn’t trust someone who can’t admit when they’re wrong, especially when lives are on the line. Stay far away.

Excellent excellent company and in particular Laura Lopez customer service. I had a system installed by Semper 2018. It was an excellent experience by an excellent company. I decided to add some panels to up my production and after install, issues with the Electric company started. They put me in the new 3.0 NEM plan and I should have stayed in the 2.0 as that is what I was in and Electric company would not budge. 3.0 is monthly Billing they charge you more for any electricity you use. In the long run the 3.0 is alot less advantageous than the 2.0 I had. The electric company wasn't budging and had horrible, I mean horrible customer service and couldn't explain why they put me in the more expensive plan to begin with. I contacted Semper Solaris and Laura and her team got right on it. She kept communication open and going and her and her team got the matter resolved. It was 4 months that I was worried I'd be stuck with 3.0 when I found out it was the Electric companies fault that I was put in 3.0 in error. If you need solar go with a company that really cares about their customers and actually do something about issues that come up. Problems and mistakes happen, I understand that, but it's how they are handled znd how you are treated that matters in the end. Something the Electric. Company could learn from.

Semper Solaris’ tech advisor, Angie Corsaro, was excellent! She answered all my questions, and provided clearly understood instructions on how best to manage my concerns. In addition, she sent me a link to the details of our conversation that I could put in my files for future reference.

Brian is very experienced and quite easy to work with. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, and effected repairs in a timely manner. Stellar repairs and repair person!! Thank you Brian!!

Josh was absolutely amazing! His knowledge of my system and the rule and regulations about our contract were exemplary. He even brought up possibilities that we never thought of. This is a horrible company. They have the worst customer service. I don't know how they stay in business. I had a system installed and have attempted to remedy the fact that I still pay quite high electric bills. I assume that the system was not originally designed to handle my energy use. Not a problem, I just want to speak with someone to see that the system is properly functioning and to consider a remedy like adding a panel to reduce my electric bill. I can't get any assistance. I've written. I've texted. I am very clear about when they can reach me; I am a teacher so not during the school day.....keep getting texts and emails saying they are trying to reach me but they do not reply to my very specific and clear questions and they don't make a sincere attempt to reach me at a time that I can speak with someone. So sick of them spinning their wheels and ignoring my concerns. Worst company. Don't get your solar panels from these people; you will regret it.

Angie was absolutely great. She explained the optimized times to charge my vehicle to consume less electricity. Explained about maintaining the panels clean for efficiency. She was able to answer all the questions and my concerns that I had.

I have just started the process and had a roof inspection today which was very thorough! Will was very knowledgeable and spent nearly an hour and a half on the project! So far so good! As the project continued, all phases were handled well!

Thomas from Semper Solaris came out to fix broken tiles. He was courteous and on time. He did an excellent job. Alyssa from the office was kind and courteous in setting the appointment. I would recommend you to my friends and family.

When we came to the realization that we would have to put a new roof over our bedroom, we had several things to consider. There are solar panels on that roof that would need to be removed and replaced after the new roof was installed. We contacted several roofing contractors, none of which would deal with the solar panels. We turned to the company that installed them in the first place, Semper Solaris. After a couple of conversations with the roofing department there, we decided to go with Semper Solaris. They presented a varied choice of materials we could use for the project and were helpful with suggestions for what would be best for our situation. We are very glad that we did. The solar and roof team was led by Eddie Limon who always kept the communication lines open and quickly responded to all of my questions or concerns - from scheduling the start of work through to the completion - including timely visits from our friendly local building inspectors, everything Eddie had promised would happen did. Eddie's entire crew was really friendly and respectful of our space and privacy. At the end of each work day, the place was cleaned up and ready for us. The job was done almost 2 full days ahead of schedule. The solar panels are back in, with the newest mounting hardware (better than we had before) which mounted the panels a couple of inches closer to the roof (looks much better!). All in all, what could have been a real pain of a project turned out to be stress free and easy. These guys are true professionals and really know what they are doing. It was a pleasure getting to know everyone involved. From start to completion, Eddie Limon and his fantastic team did what they set out to do without any hassle or complaining. Well done guys!

My neighbors did hours of research and shared with us that Semper Solaris was the best around. Bob King came to our house to meet with us and was super helpful in explaining everything that needed to take place for us to get solar and stop paying the super high electricity fees each month. The install went great and we ended up needing a new roof as well which Semper also installed, and looks SO much better than before. The crews that came were really great. Polite, on-time, and helpful explaining through any questions we had, and above all, clean! They picked up and left things as good if not better than they found it. We have a big house, 3 stories, around 3,750 sf.. It’s been a few years since our roof and solar were installed and our electricity bill averages around $150 per month instead of around triple that before, or even more during the summer. I highly recommend Bob King and the entire Semper team for excellent customer service and follow through. This is what our roof/solar looks like 5 years after install.. just washed them today.

Brian was amazing! Easy to work with. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Just amazing! He addressed our concerns, easily made necessary repairs, and we had heat after freezing for days. Hallelujah! The technicians at Semper Solaris are always top notch, stellar and easy to work with. Thank you, Brian! Now, hopefully the awful cold I caught can start going away! I highly recommend Semper Solaris to anybody considering going solar, or needing new air conditioning and/or heating units. 5 star service and products.

I like the fact that it’s a veteran owned organization. The person that came out to our house was very professional new her job well and so far everything has gone great.

Brian J was polite and efficient. He was extremely detail oriented. He explained everything in detail that was easy to understand. All around nice guy. I would be happy if he were the technician for my equipment all the time.

Chris Navarro and Jacob Valencia we the last workers to fix the AC vents and did a excellent job of running the vents through our attic. Because the other guys left a large pipe on our roof. And they said they were not able to run the pipe through the attic and That was unexceptionable because you could see the pipe from the front of our house.

Maurizio was very helpful, and very knowledgeable on what he was doing. Have us helpful tips on keep our ac and heater running good.

Very satisfied with the attentive service from all involved with conducting repairs on my roof. I would like to commend Constanrino, Alyssa, and the kind gentleman that both evaluated & conducted the repairs (unfortunately I cannot remember his name, at this moment).

My husband and I had Semper Solaris install a new roof and solar several years ago. We have been pleased with the work.
I called the company regarding a leak in the house. They came out inspected the roof and found where the leak was. I'm very pleased with the work they have done to repaired leak. I would recommend Semper Solaris to anyone who is thinking of replaces their roof or installing solar. A++

After my initial review, Semper Solaris contacted me offering to fix the issues and replace the defective AC unit in exchange for removing my negative review. I agreed, hoping for improvement. Unfortunately, our recent experience with their HVAC department has been even more abysmal, forcing me to update this review.

Last week, our AC unit stopped working. What followed was a series of frustrating events that have left me completely disillusioned with Semper Solaris. We were forced to endure a heatwave with temperatures up to 108°F without AC, as the company threatened to void our warranty if we used a third-party technician. Their staff consistently provided unprofessional and uncaring responses, showing little concern for our situation. I even wasted time off work waiting for technicians who never showed up, with no courtesy call or explanation provided.

The HVAC department's customer service is practically non-existent. They consistently fail to answer phones, return calls, or show up for scheduled appointments. On the rare occasions when we did reach someone, their representatives were often snarky, sarcastic, and showed a complete disregard for customer safety and well-being.

While the solar and powerwall installation seemed to go smoothly, the HVAC department is a disastrous mix of gross negligence, abhorrent customer "service," and complete disregard for their customers' needs.

My experience with Semper Solaris has been an absolute nightmare. I strongly caution anyone considering their services, especially for HVAC needs. The company's lack of professionalism, reliability, and basic customer care is shocking and potentially dangerous, particularly during extreme weather conditions.

What an absolute joke. The only reason I'm giving even 1 star is because the solar installation went okay (just the install). I purchased solar + HVAC from them 4 months ago and I'm still waiting on them to finish the shoddy install job they did on the HVAC. It's been a nightmare, to say the least.

No one taking responsibility, just getting the run around that they'll "fix" it.
They damaged my property while installing and have been giving me a hard time when I've asked them to repair their damages. They were very responsive when trying to get me to buy from them but as soon as I signed that paperwork and they got the money, it was radio silence.

Another red flag was that AFTER signing all the paperwork I was called and asked to pay an extra couple thousand because they had underestimated the cost. How is that my fault? And I was pressured into paying under the threat of canceling the installation altogether if I didn't. Not to mention the outdated credit union they use, Wheelhouse credit that makes it so damn difficult to make your monthly solar loan payments.

To sum it up, and reiterate... absolute joke. I'm looking into hiring an attorney to review what we can do for the property damage and negligent service. I absolutely regret giving my business to Semper Solaris.

Horrible company. No communication with their clients. No scheduling, just expect to come to your home whenever they want without asking if that day and time works for you. Sloppy workmanship. Still waiting on them to fix problems and schedule a day. They brag about being an American veteran owned company and just dump non English speaking people unsupervised at your home who are probably undocumented. The costumer has to act as the supervisor, and if things go wrong, no one on the crew speaks English. Call center is a barrier to communicating to the people who need to be communicated to. My roof, heater and air conditioning, and gutter installation has been drug out for months. Currently being lied to by the roofer supervisor that people came to my house when they didn't. They schedule a day and time and no one shows up and no one calls you back. Workers work hard, but ultimately, no one checks on their work. If you want to get an idea what it was like being a veteran coming back from the Vietnam War or see how the Veteran Hospital will treat you, then do business with Semper Solaris. I mean come on people, you should have better business practices than what you have. Owner response here is BS for they still have not completed their job or resolved any problems two weeks after the response was written. Someone is suppose to show up to do some work today for me after they didn't show up last week. Just a horribly run company...
Update: It is now coming on February and the project was started in August, and they still have not completed it. My heater does not work and I'm freezing in my house. No one returns my phone calls from the call center. I leave messages every week.

Great installation team who were very informative, punctual, and clean at leaving the job site. They provided me updates throughout the day, when they were going to do a certain task and walked me through everything as the job progressed and then again went everything was completed.

Josh was very helpful and proactively got my optimizer issue in process before our meeting. He also got me updated and helped me with the Solar edge app which had been not previously available for me. Thanks Josh!

My rep Alexander Lake was awesome! We was always available and took care of all my needs! Everyone I spoke with at Semper was polite and professional! That’s on of the reasons I came back to Semper! Thank you again!

Janice Lee coordinating was great handling the scheduling and follow up. The technicians, Omar and Jorge, were very thorough and did comprehensive work in trying to resolve our leak issue.

Josh provided excellent service, very kind and professional. He took the time to teach me the ins and outs of my battery, he even spent a couple of days monitoring my system to make sure it was performing properly. I had a great experience with this company.

We had our site visit for installation of Solaris Solar system. We were very impressed by the Technician Alberto. A great representative for his company. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. What more can you ask for. We have been extremely happy with our choice to use Semper Solaris so far.
The installation is now complete and Semper Solaris continues to earn gold stars. Team leader Colt was another great company representative.

So far everything has gone smoothly with Semper Solaris. Alberto was very professional and informative. Jackson is working on obtaining the state incentives for us. Hopefully that will work out and we will be able to get the backup battery.

12/3/24 Today the installation of our Tesla batteries was completed. Robert and KC, along with the other installers, did a great job! We are due to get the incentive funds as soon as SCE gives us the permission to operate. All in all a very professional team!

Friendly and knowledgeable at the same time. Simple explanation along with an affordable price. So far I'm onboard.

Update: Ricard Delacruz and his crew completed the installation quickly without issues. I am very glad I selected Semper Solar.

He listened attentively, did all that was needed to resolve my problems, changed the filter for me, he speaks respectfully and I felt comfortable with him. I will prefer him for all my future services.

Vanessa was excellent! I called with several questions and she answered all of them in great detail.

David M. was our technician and from start to finish provided exceptional service. After an initial look at my mom’s A/C, he quickly identified the problem and ordered the necessary parts, immediately. Once the parts came in, he returned to install it. Thanks, David for your professionalism and taking such good care of my mom!

From start to finish, the Semper Solaris team was great. There is an amazing amount of pride in all the employees we dealt with, the crew and support staff. Excellent communication as they all know how to listen and work with you. We felt a part of the process at all times. Our main contact, Alex Thomson-Corrao, was above and beyond in his positive efforts to help us. Also, the project managers were very excellent keeping us informed for scheduling and what work was being performed. At different times, it was necessary to make contact with Alex. I never had a problem making a connection by phone or email. The best recommendation I can offer is if I were still working, I would want to be a Semper Solaris associate.

David M. from Semper Solaris came out to service my HVAC and heating system. He throughly checked out my systems and did an excellent job of cleaning the units and checking out the electrical and fluid levels. I would highly recommend him and Semper Solaris as they installed my solar, battery and heating/AC and all systems have performed above my expectations.
