Javier is the ultimate professional we called on Sunday night he showed up Monday afternoon when he seen what was needed he ran back to the store to get exactly the right parts. When he got back (about 45 minutes later) he was instantly on the roof fixing an absolutely horrible mess, a vent that was installed by an amateur pretending to be a professional …… within approximately 45 minutes to an hour the repair was made and has been flawless since, where we live we get heavy winds on the daily. I would highly recommend Javier to anyone looking to have a roof replaced or repaired and he will be the only guy that ever gets on our roof again !!!!!! YOU NEED A ROOFING GUY ?!?!?!? Chad and his team were awesome to work with. Fair price and they had the job job done less than a week from the time I called them. Chad was quick to respond to any questions we had. Our roof was done the same day they started and they cleaned up without leaving a trace that they were even there besides a new roof.

I am very pleased with the result of J.B. reliable Roofing for several reasons but the biggest factors were 1) my request for a bid had an immediate response, 2) the work was done in a quick time frame….crew came out one week from date I received the estimate. The roof was completed in one day. 3) any questions or concerns I had were answered very quickly, 4) no one likes paying out money for things like new roofs, but I felt good about the cost that I was quoted, 5) the completed roof looks great! Did great work! Kept promises. Attentive to detail including tear off, materials, install, drip edge, underlayment, upgrade to ridge vents, plugging holes where the turtle vents were, replacement of any plywood that needed it (1 piece did), metal flashing, tarps to protect grass, cleanup including metal detector for fallen nails, the top-end fancy-looking GAF TIMBERLINE shingles, replacing stucco where it needed to be removed, trailer to haul away the trash, and even cleaning out the gutters.
