I have used Jay's services multiple time. First was for fan replacement in bathroom and electric switch failure repair in my condo unit. He showed up on time and switched the fan. If something does require replacement he will let you know and work on altermative He also works well with you if there is an emergency. I recommend Jay's Odd Jobs.

Jay helped me with a satellite install and did a fantastic job! He not only mounted it to the roof but also tacked the cable down on the roof, drilled an entry hole to attic under the eave and weatherproofed it. From the attic, he dropped it down through the wall in the bedroom below. He drilled a hole in the bedroom wall, fished the cable out, and put a cable wall plate over the hole so it looked nice and sharp. You can try the rest, but with Jay, you've found the best! I highly recommend him if you need a professional, punctual, skilled, and affordable handyman!

I highly recommend Jay who I hired for my toilet issue. His work was excellent from start to finish. He conducted a thorough assessment of the problem and only performed necessary repairs, avoiding any unnecessary work. Not only did he complete the job with great precision, but he also took the extra time to align the toilet perfectly and meticulously remove all the old caulking and residual matter.

Jay has done snow blowing and shovelling at our home. He stays in touch when snow is predicted and does a great job cleaning up! His rates are reasonable and I look forward to calling him for jobs other than snow removal.
