Jay Spain Roofing

I have a 2 story home in Farmington Inc, just south of Chapel Hill. Jay has does repairs on my home twice now thanks to the Tennessee winds, his work is excellent , great crew and great prices. Plus he backs up his work. I will use him again when needed and most definitely refer his services to anyone needing roof work done.

Jay and his crew did an amazing job replacing our roof. Excellent craftsmanship, great communication, and kept the worksite very clean. When they left it was like they were never here! Highly recommend!

I called Ray Spain Roofing on a Friday afternoon and left a message that I needed an estimate on my roof. Ray called me back on Saturday and said he could come out that afternoon. He came out when he said, and we went over what I needed to be done. I needed a complete tear off and re-roof of my house and a dormer that needed new siding. He gave me a bid on Monday, and it was a fair bid. His crew started work first thing the next Friday morning. They tore off the entire roof, cleaned everything up and had it all watertight that night. The next day they started shingling and finished the entire thing that day. Their workmanship was second to none. Ray was onsite almost the whole time, and his crew was amazing. I am a very picky customer when it comes to contractors and I can assure you that Ray Spain and his crew deliver on quality, workmanship, professionalism, and keeping their word. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you need a roof, call Jay Spain first! You will not be happier with anyone else.
