My wife and I had Jason Tanking Construction remodel part of the lower level of our house including a utility room, a hallway, and a family room. This was during the spring of 2024. The quality of the work was excellent. I will share that during the remodel, I worked primarily with Josh Tanking. He was prompt, professional, and conscientious throughout. For example, he contacted me multiple times during the remodel to schedule the dates and times for task completion. I did not have to call him. Also, after the remodel was completed and the payment had been made, Josh contacted me again to see if any follow-up touches were needed. There were a few minor items that still needed some attention, and I will add that Josh himself came to my house and completed them. The other piece I will add is the project was completed for less than the estimated cost. I was very impressed with Josh Tanking. In closing, I would highly recommend Jason Tanking Construction.
