The JTC construction company name was given to us by our architect and we have since been very grateful for this recommendation. The two gentlemen that run this company are very capable, professional and knowledgeable in their expertise. They were always available for questions or concerns and suggestions whenever needed. An important aspect that stands out to me is their goal in helping us to achieve what we wanted and finding ways to make that work. They helped us to build a lovely home for our retirement.
Jason, Josh, and company built our small home (1,150 sq. ft.) in 2023. A quality build and energy efficient. JTC are great communicators, stayed on budget, and finished within the estimated timeline. They have a good relationship with their contractors, avoiding delays. But maybe most important, they are trustworthy, calm, and kind. Everyone we know that has worked with JTC says the same—an outstanding company.
The brothers at JTC are consummate professionals…Great Communicators. Great Problem Solvers. Great People. We started our ten month custom home build project with a contractual relationship but ended as good friends. We couldn't be more pleased and thankful for their diligence in bringing our vision to life and cannot imagine a better construction company. The gold standard.
