I had a couple plumbing issues that needed addressed and Heartland Plumbing did a great job of letting me know how much it would cost before starting the work. The service tech was very professional and got the job done quickly. I will definitely use them again.

These guys are great. I had a clog in my main drain, and they made multiple trips to ensure it was drained properly. They even mentioned they would return soon after if necessary because the work they do is under warranty and wouldn't require additional payment. We worked with both Josh and Caleb who did fantastic job.

Brandon and Jeff did an incredible job today. They helped me with my salon shampoo bowls (found out the shampoo station with no water pressure was installed wrong) and were determined to figure out where and how the main drain in the building was clogged which was the biggest issue. I appreciated their professionalism, friendliness and skill. I will always call Heartland Plumbing for my home and business needs! Thank you Brandon and Jeff! You are the best plumbing pros I’ve ever met!

I am just writing this for your driver today the 16th of march around 2:30 on 435 W taking the 35 N exit. Someone has to retrain him how to drive. He zoomed three lanes in a fraction of a second in that heavy rain.
I know he isn’t driving his car that way. It’s companies car that is why he is so careless.
HE NEEDS A SERIOUS DRIVING LESSON.

Hayden came out last week to look at 2 toilets and a leaky shower faucet. He stayed 5-10 minutes, charging me a $150 "diagnostic fee" but did not fix or change anything. He talked me out of the shower project and instructed me to order parts for both toilets on amazon. He claimed he had nothing in his truck to fix anything today and would not need any of the new parts I had under my sink (still in package and unused from previous projects). He said he would need to come back another day, charging another $150 for toilet A & $140 for toilet B (But if we asked for him by name, he would cut us a "deal" and not charge for the 2nd toilet)- I suspect he was trying to drum up repeat requests for himself. Having used heartland many times over the years (with great success & satisfaction), I questioned the pricing and was leary that he had me sign 3 separate invoices. He claimed there's a new supervisor driving the fees up and then asked if I was married, suggesting that my husband repair the two toilets once parts arrive if we wanted to save some money. Fast forward to today when I fixed both toilets in about 10 minutes each- one of them with only the parts I already had on hand but was told we didn't need. It did not require the parts he incorrectly diagnosed.
I have only had excellent experiences with Heartland prior to this encounter but will definitely hesitate to use them again after this experience. If you do choose to utilize them, STEER CLEAR OF HAYDEN. Wether there really have been company changes or not, he was very unprofessional and shady.

We've used Heartland Plumbing twice. Both young men who came out were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. We will call again when we need them.

Fast and efficient service. Tech (Sam) was super knowledgeable and explained everything that he did. Went extra mile to finish the job in one day too.

The Techn was very professional and only charged for the work our house needed. I would use them again if we have a plumbing issue. I hope later than sooner.

They are the hands down best plumber in the area. I had another plumber in to fix a backed up toilet. They offered to replace a pipe for $2000. Heartland fixed my issue for a service call and explained why things were backed up and how to prevent a similar situation in the future.

I called Heartland Plumbing because my water heater went out. They came the same morning and installed a new one. Not only were they responsive, they gave me a good price. The installation was quick and professional. I have used them several times with the same experiences. I would recommend.

Showed up on time. However, performed virtually no work and still charged me almost $100.00. Had some general questions in which he was very vague to answer. He claimed the $100.00 covered if I needed him back out within 7 days, it would be free. Judging from what the original issue was, he and I both knew he wouldn’t need to come back out. I try to keep it local as much as I can, but I will not use heartland again.

These folks get it. From the moment they answer the call, give clear estimates for basic services, dispatch professionals when they say they will and repair or replace after communicating clearly, they are simply top-notch. We’ve called on them over the last 15 years for home service and service for our business in commercial property. Heartland Plumbing for the win.

Had a sewage backup in the basement, and contacted Heartland Plumbing on the advice of a neighbor. John B. was amazing -- he worked diligently to auger the main line and removed a ton of roots. He took the time to explain what to expect in the future and really put our minds at ease. Affordable, professional, helpful. First time I've ever felt good after having to call a plumber!

This company made a mistake on a very complicated/hard to diagnose issue, and they turned around and fixed it on their own dime ASAP. Had to pay no extra. Good company.concerned about their customers

I have used Heartland several times over the years. Always punctual, they never try to sell you something you don't need. I trust them. I've had big jobs and small...they're always completely competent and explain what is needed, and how to prevent it happening again. I highly recommend them.

After several calls to local plumbing companies over several days with no reply, I called the Heartland office and as luck would have it they had someone in my area. Kenny arrived as scheduled, located the leak in the crawl space.

One hour and three minutes from my call to Heartland Plumbing, the leak was repaired and I was paying for the fast response and excellent service.

I can not say enough about everyone that I come in contact with at Heartland. I left a online message at like 7am, got a call at like 8am to let me know the schedule was full but got me in at 8:30 am the next day. Then got a call a little bit later of a cancel so they fit us in. John even called to tell me he was on his way. John and Acy are typically the ones that come. They know I have children with autism and are conscious of any sensory issues. My dog even loves them and Gunter had to be next to John when he was snaking the toilet.

We have been working with Heartland plumbing for over 3 years. We purchased an older home in significant need of upgrading. Heartland has done large scale sewer replacement, new addition plumbing, on demand water heater replacement, rerouting of plumbing in the basement, new bathroom stubbing in the basement........ the list of work is extensive. Both the estimator, John, and the technician/plumber Acy give the best customer service!! Acy was proficient in his work and the most congenial serviceman! They made gettinh broken water lines fixed as smooth as they possibly could:) Very pleased with their service.

Gave me a specific appointment time and arrived on time. No trip fee and the price was very reasonable. Not like those other guys. This is my plumber from now on!

Heartland Plumbing, Mike, came out to my house and installed a well pump. They not only installed it, but educated me on how the pump works, smiled, made conversation, and were on time, Kelsey was very professional on the phone making sure all details were correct.

Really friendly people both on the phone and in person. We got someone to come out and work on the house we just moved into right away (other places told us we'd have to wait a week or two). The work was done quickly and for a great price. I'll definitely be using them again!

We contacted Heartland Plumbing to re-route our plumbing piping required when switching from a septic system to the city sewer:
1. I contacted Heartland Plumbing to get an estimate, and got a response right away. We set-up the time to meet at the house. The estimators showed up on time, were very professional and cordial. Before they left, they gave me an itemized written quote. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost estimate was below what I thought it would be.
2. We had to schedule the work around the progress of the city sewer installation. Again, Heartland was very accommodating and were willing to hold their pricing until we were ready to do the work.
3. When the time came to do the work, I contacted the office, and they scheduled the appointment at the time that I requested (I gave them about 1 week notice). All the responses were very prompt and professional.
4. The serviceman who came to do the work - Mike - called 30 minutes before the appointed time to let me know he was on the way. Before he started, he gave me an overview of how he planned to re-routed the piping and explained why he planned it that way in lieu of other options, and answered all my questions and concerns before he started. The work progressed very efficiently - he knew exactly what to do, had all the required tools and materials. He installed all new materials (did not try to reuse any old ones) and hauled away the old demolished piping. He picked up all the trash and debris that was generated by the work, and left the area clean and neat.
5. In addition to the agreed-upon scope of work, I asked Mike to do additional plumbing work - the toilet did not flush right, and the valve to the irrigation line was leaking. He gave me a quote for the added work, I agreed to the amount (again, I thought it was very reasonable), and he fixed it right away. Before he left, he gave me an itemized receipt and a warranty statement.
We will call Heartland Plumbing next time we need any plumbing work done on our property

Found a leak between the floors of our house. John showed up and quickly diagnosed, found and repaired this problem. John was literally at my home within 30 minutes of my call. Fantastic service!!!

Had a clogged toilet. These guys came over same day, did what they were supposed to do, and cleaned up good. Showed me what to do next time. I was impressed.
